Prior to Illinois State
Averaged 10.4 points and 5.0 assists as a senior at Proviso East High School • Helped the Pirates (29-4) advance to the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) 4A semifinals, where Proviso fell to eventual state-champion Chicago Simeon • As a junior, guided the Pirates to a second-place finish at the state tournament • Played for the prestigious Mac Irvin Fire AAU program • Competed in the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) Annual 3A/4A All-Star Game during the summer of 2013.
