Biography

2012-13/junior at Illinois State Played in 19 games, all as a reserve • Did not play in the Valley Tournament • Averaged 7.4 minutes per game • Grabbed a career-best five rebounds, with seven points during a career-high 21 minutes of action in the loss at Evansville (Feb. 20) • Netted a career-high 11 points on 3-for-4 three-point shooting, and a career-best 4-for-5 performance from the field, plus added his only career-block in the loss to No. 16 Creighton (Jan. 2) • Recorded nine points on 3-for-5 three-point shooting in the loss at Indiana State (Dec. 30) • Scored his first three-pointer of the season in the win over Austin Peay (Dec. 22) • Scored four points, including one dunk, in the win over Delaware State (Nov. 18).

Switched his uniform number from No. 1 to No. 24 prior to the season • Played in 27 games, all as a reserve • Tossed in two points in four minutes of action at Ole Miss (March 14) in the first round of the NIT • Logged eight minutes combined over two Valley Tournament games without scoring • Played a combined 43 minutes during the conference season • Scored two points at Evansville (Jan. 21), which were his first since Dec. 18 • Sank both three-point attempts, along with both free throw tries, and finished with eight points in 17 minutes of play at Morehead State (Dec. 7) • Fired in a season-best eight points, on 3-for-4 shooting, while grabbing a career-best four rebounds against Chicago State (Nov. 30) • Played less than a minute against Illinois (Nov. 23), as a defensive substitution, but hit a critical three-point field goal in the waning seconds to put the Redbirds in a position for the win • Played 16 minutes off the bench against SIUE (Nov. 17) and finished with two points on 0-for-3 shooting • Did not travel with the team to Fresno State (Nov. 11) after injuring his left foot.
