2018-19/Junior at Illinois State

Appeared in all tournaments excluding the USF Invitational. Averaged a score of 72 over 33 holes on the season and had an even par for the season across 12 appearances. Shot under par in five tournaments during the season, with the lowest score of 208 (74-65-69/-8) coming at the Badger Invitational (9/9). Named MVC Golfer of the Week three times after the Badger Invitational, the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate (2/11), and was one of three Illinois State golfers to earn the honor after the Boilermaker Invitational (4/13).

2017-18/Sophomore at Illinois State

Finished the Badger Invitational with a 6-over-par 222 (74-76-72). Earned a 25th-place tie on the individual leaderboard at  Ram Masters Invitational with a final score of 5-over-par 215 (69-73-73).

2016-17/Freshman at Illinois State                                                                                     
Named Missouri Valley Conference Tri-Men's Golfer of the Week (9/15), after firing a season-low 4-under-par 68 in the final round of Wisconsin's Badger Invitational (9/13) to finish the tournament in a tie for fifth place with a three-round season-low score of 5-under-par 211 (71-72-68) in his collegiate debut while producing the Redbirds' lowest score... Averaged a 73.2 over 30 rounds, which tied for the second-lowest scoring average... Tallied two rounds in the 60s and 28 rounds in the 70s... Produced one top-five finish and two top-10 finishes... Shot a 6-over-par 216 (70-71-75), including an even-par 70 in the first round of Colorado State's Ram Masters Invitational (9/20)... Fired a 3-under-par 213 (70-71-72) at Akron's Firestone Invitational (10/4) to finish in a 12th-place tie, which included a 2-under-par 70 in the first round and a 1-under-par 71 in the second round... Concluded the fall season with a 223 (71-74-78) at Notre Dame's Fighting Irish Gridiron Golf Classic (10/11) and tallied a 1-over-par 71 in the opening round... Started the spring season with a 3-over-par 219 (74-74-71) and fired a 1-under-par 71 over the final 18 holes... Carded a 2-over-par 218 (72-74-73) at Florida State's Seminole Intercollegiate (3/12) and shot an even-par 72 in the opening round... Finished in a tie for 20th place at Oral Roberts' Bob Sitton Invitational (3/16) by shooting a 6-over-par 219 (72-74-73)... Shot a 7-over-par 149 (74-79) to finish in a ninth-place tie at the I-74 Challenge (3/25) individual tournament with Bradley...Finished with a 223 (76-69-78) at Indiana's Hoosier Invitational (4/2), which included a 2-under-par 69 in the second round... Only played the final round at Missouri's Tiger Invitational (4/11), shooting a 77... Finished in 16th place at the MVC Championship with a 229 (75-76-78).

Four year varsity starter in golf, played four years of basketball, and one year of baseball. Was also an honor roll student all four years. During his freshman year had a 9-hole average of 39 and an 18-hole average of 76. His sophomore year, he was named second team all-conference, tied for fourth place in state after carding the lowest score on the first day (68), had a 9-hole average of 37, and an 18-hole average of 74. During his junior year, he was named first team all-conference, sectional runner-up, placed 28th at state, and set a 9-hole record 141 (+1) and an 18-hole record 296 (+12) on the season. He also had a 9-hole average of 36 and an 18-hole average of 73.5. In his senior season, he was named first-team Mid-Illini, all conference, conference champion, regional champion, sectional runner-up, and placed 12th in state. Additionally, he had a 9-hole average of 35.5 and an 18-hole average of 72.5.

Personal
Son of Tony and Laureen Perkins. Born June 15, 1998. Father Tony attended Illinois State for four years as an undergraduate. Chose ISU because of its golf facilities, great campus feel, his fathers positive experience at the school, and his positive interaction with coach Kralis. He is majoring in Psychology and has aspirations of becoming a  sports psychologist for the PGA Tour.
