Was named First Team All-MVC in 2026, helping the Redbirds to a MVC Title as he placed sixth at the 2026 Championship with a three-under 210. He played in all 13 tournamends during the year for ISU, with a scoring average of 73.0. His career-low tournament score came at the Island Resort Intercollegiate on August 31-September 1, with a nine-under 207 where he placed 12th. He had a career-low round of 66 at the Tiger Invitational, while carding back-to-back scores of 69 at the Conference Championship in the final two rounds. The 66 that he carded at the Tiger Invitatoinal is tied for the 20th-lowest single-round score in school history, and his 207 at the Island Resort Intercollegiate is tied for the 15th-lowest tournament score in program history. His 210 from the MVC Championship is tied for the 41st-lowest tournament score in school history. His 207 is tied for the lowest tournament score by a sophomore in school history, and his 66 is the third-lowest by a sophomore. His 210 at the MVC Championship is the sixth-lowest tournament score by a sophomore. His 38 rounds are tied for the third-most in a season in school history, and tied for the most by a sophomore, while his 14 rounds at or under par are tied for the 15th-most overall, and fourth by a sophomore, and his scoring average of 73.03 is the 19th-lowest in school history, third-lowest by a sophomore.

Played in 26 rounds during the year, averaging 74.8 strokes per round with two top-10 finishes and six rounds at or under par. Had his season-low round of 69 at both the Dorado Beach Collegiate and the MVC Championship opening round, while he twice set a low tournament score of an even-par 216 at the Dorado Beach Collegiate and the MVC Championship with a 216. His two rounds of 69 are tied for the 11th-lowest single-rounds by a freshman in program history, while his 216's are tied for the 18th-best tournament scores in school history by a freshman. He ranks fourth in top=10 finishes (2), fifth (6) in rounds at or under par, seventh in scoring average (74.85), 18th in total rounds (26), and 20th in strokes (1,946) for a freshman in program history.

PRIOR TO ILLINOIS STATE


Faucquez, a native of Bondues, France, finished seventh at the Belgin International Amateur Championship, shooting a four-round 285 (73-72-70-70). He had top-30 finishes at a pair of amateur championships, taking 24th at the French National U18 Championships with a four-round 297, and 27th at the English Boys Amateur Championship with a 289. He also finished fifth at the Grand Prix De Chiberta with a 278 (71-69-70-68), and in the three-round Classic Du Prieure took sixth with a 218 (73-75-70).
