Appeared in three tournaments and saw nine rounds during the season. In that short period, averaged a 76.1 and helped lead the Redbirds to seventh place finish at Ram Masters Invitational (9/19) and Northern Intercollegiate (9/25).

Averaged a 75.8 over 11 rounds... Tallied 10 rounds in the 70s... Produced one top-five finish and one top-10 finish... Made his collegiate debut at Colorado State's Ram Masters Invitational (9/20) and finished with a 237 (77-83-77) in the only fall event he played... Made spring debut at the I-74 Challenge (3/25) individual tournament with Bradley, finishing in a tie for third with a 4-over-par 146 (74-72), including a season-low 1-over-par 72 in the final round... Carded a season-low three-round total of 221 (72-73-76) at Indiana's Hoosier Invitational (4/2) and shot a 1-over-par 72 in the opening round to tie season low... Finished in 17th place at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship (4/25) with a 230 (78-78-76).

Three-year varsity starter at Metamora Township High School.. Selected All-Mid Illini three years in a row and holds the school scoring record... As a senior, finished second in the state in the Class 2A finals, shooting a 1-over-par 143 (74-69), including 2-under-par 69 in the final round, earning All-State honors... Finished 21st at the Illinois State Amateur Championship and was selected as the first alternate for the U.S. Amateur Championship... Was the medalist at the East Peoria Regional as a sophomore.
