Indoor: Threw a personal-best 51-02.75 in the shot put at the Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 3) to start the season off ... took fourth in the shot put at the Wisconsin Invitational (Jan. 20) with a toss of 50-01.75 ... finished 15th at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25) with a throw of 49-01.50.

Outdoor: Finished third at the ISU vs. SIU Dual (April 7) in the discus with a throw of 149-09 ... threw a personal-best 52-06.50 in the shot put at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 11), finishing eighth ... followed with another eighth-place performance at the championships, this time in the discus with a toss of 150-05.

Indoor: Finished fifth at the Redbird Invite in the shot put with a mark of 48-07.50 ... set a career-mark of 51-01.00 in the shot put to take fourth at the EIU Friday Night Special ... set a career mark in the weight throw with a toss of 45-04.25 at the Early Bird Open.

Outdoor: Took fourth at the Gateway Classic with a mark of 44-11.50 in the shot put ... set a career-mark in the shot put at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a throw of 51-01.75, placing seventh ... set a personal-best mark of 153-07 in the discus at the EIU Big Blue Classic.

2009-10

Indoor: Recorded a personal-best throw of 44-08.00 in the shot put at the Keck Indoor meet.

Outdoor: Finished fifth at the Redbird Spring Invite in the shot put with a throw of 46-02.75 ... recorded a throw of 48-10.75 in the shot put at the MVC Outdoor Championships for an 11th-place finish ... finished ninth at the Lenny Lyles Invite in the discus with a throw of 148-08, which was a season-best throw ... recorded a throw of 139-07 in the discus at the MVC Outdoor Championships to finish 12th.
