Indoor: Tossed a career-best 43-05.00 in the shot put at the Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 3) to kick off the season ... finished third in the weight throw at the Wisconsin Invitational (Jan. 20) with a mark of 57-00.25 ... threw a personal-best 59-05.00 in the weight throw at the Keck Invitational (Feb. 3), finishing second ... took eighth at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25) with a mark of 58-06.75.

Outdoor: Finished fourth in the discus at the ISU vs. SIU Dual (April 7) with a toss of 147-09 ... launched a personal-best toss of 178-06 in the hammer throw at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 11), claiming 13th place.

PRIOR TO ISU

At St. Ambrose University: Two-time conference champion ... two-time NAIA Indoor Qualifier and one-time outdoor qualifier ... conference champion in both indoor and outdoor meets in 2009-10 ... holds personal-bests in the shot put (14.27m), discus (46.86m), hammer (49.83m) and weight toss (18.07m).
