Outdoor: Opened the season with a personal-best performance in the 5,000-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic (March 29), posting a time of 15:17.28 ... ran to a top-10 finish at the Sea Ray Relays (April 11) in the 10,000-meter run, recording a career-best time of 31:38.48 ... finished seventh in the 3,000-meter run at the Billy Hayes Invitational (May 4) with a time of 8:49.90.

2010-11

Indoor: Took third in the 5,000-meter run at the Keck Invitational with a time of 16:05.60 ... posted a 4:35.28 mile to take fourth at the Redbird Invite.

Outdoor: Took second in the 10,000-meter run at the Lee Calhoun Invite with a time of 32:41.92 ... ran a personal-best 5,000-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic with a time of 15:40.43.

At Maine South High School: Qualified for the state track and cross country meets his senior season ... in the state track meet, he ran a personal-best time of 4:22 in the 1600-meter run ... cross country team finished 10th in state and were conference champions during his senior year ... finished sixth in cross country at the conference meet ... a member of the Maine South cross country team that finished 21st at the state meet his junior season ... a member of the cross country team that won the CSL conference meet his junior season ... captain in cross country and track his junior and senior seasons.
