Prior to Illinois State: Lampos is a four-year member of the Westosha Central Softball team. During her junior year she held a 1.80 ERA and a 1.77 ERA in the 2024 fall travel season. She hold the single-game school record at her high school for strikeouts at 19 and currently has 528 strikeouts in her 50 varsity starts. Lampos has year First-Team All Conference in all three softball seasons thus far, and earned First-Team All District, and All-State Honorable Mention in her most recent season. In 2024, Lampos helped to lead her team to a conference championship, while also playing a part in the regional championship in 2021. She was also the Defensive Player of the Year in all three seasons, All-District Honorable Mention in her freshman and sophomore years, and the Most Valuable Newcomer during her freshman campaign. Her club team also became the Colorado IDT Champions during the 2024 season.

Travel Team: Lampos has played for the Lakeland Lazers under Frank Gagliardi and the WI 16U VA Glory also under Gagliardi.

Personal: She is the daughter of Jaime and Michael Lampos, and has one sister, Sydney Lampos. She chose Illinois State because of the warmth of the coaching staff and the family environment of the team. She is undecided in her major, but plans to pursue discovery during her freshman year at ISU, exploring both early childhood education or a career in sports.
