2016-17

Indoor: Placed second and recorded a personal-best in the 600-meter run (1:34.13) at the John Craft Invitational...posted a season-best in the 400-meter run (56.21) at the 2017 Meyo Invitational...finished eighth in the 400-meter run at MVC Championships...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the MVC Indoor Championship and earned All-Conference honors...ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that broke the school record (3:41.14) at the Meyo Invitational.

Outdoor: Placed ninth in the 400-meter run with a season-best time of 56.02 at MVC Championships...was a member of the second-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:40.74) at MVC Championships, earning All-MVC honors...time currently stands as the fifth-fastest in Illinois State history.

2015-16

Indoor: Ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay, which broke the school record and the Missouri Valley Conference Championship record with a time of 3:42.05…competed in the 400-meter dash at the MVC Championships where she placed sixth in the prelims to advance to the finals…in the finals ran a time of 56.29 and placed fourth overall which is her indoor personal-best 400m time…was a part of three first-place victories in the 4x400-meter relay at the Titan Open (3:54.09), GVSU Big Meet (3:42.98) and the MVC Championship (3:42.05)…earned a first place in the 400-meter dash at the Titan Open with a time of 57.42. 

Outdoor: Set a new school record in the 4x400-meter relay at the Drake Relays as the team ran a time of 3:38.20 and placed sixth overall...Missouri Valley Confernece Champion in the women's 4x400m at a time of 3:41.44...NCAA West Preliminary Round Qualifer in the 4x400m...placed seventh in the 400m at the MVC Championships with a personal-best time of 56.00...placed first in the 400m at the Illinois Twilight.

2014-15

Indoor: Earned her personal-best 60-meter with a time of 8.20 at the Indiana Relays…at the EIU John Craft Invitational she competed in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.31 where she placed fourth…ran a time of 26.24 at the Indiana Relays…placed first in the 400-meter dash at the EIU John Craft Invitational with a time of 59.00…at the Meyo Invitational clocked a time of 57.20…competed in the 4 x 400 meter at the EIU John Craft Invitational where the squad placed first with a time of 3:53.89…at the Double Dual the squad earned second place with a time of 3:55.56… earned a time of 3:46.00 at the Meyo Invitational…competed in the distance medley relay at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 11:41.38.

2013-14

Indoor: Clocked a personal-best 200-meter time of 25.67 at the Meyo Invitational … ran 26.00 in the 200m dash at Eastern Illinois … posted a personal-best in the 400m with a time of 56.69 at the MVC Championships … ran 57.24 at Iowa State in the 400m … a leg of the Missouri Valley Conference winning DMR team that posted a time of 11:50.80 … captured a first-place finish as a leg of the 4x400m relay team that finished in 3:54.14 … clocked a season-best time of 3:46.65 as a member of the 4x400m relay team at Iowa State … ran 3:47.89 as a member of the 4x400 team to finish fifth at the MVC Championships.

Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 200-meter time of 25.31 at the Redbird Invite … clocked a 200m time of 25.66 at the Sea Ray Relays … posted a personal-best performance at the Redbird Invite in the 400m, finishing with a time of 57.49 … ran 57.97 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships … ran a season-best time of 3:42.15 as a part of the 4x400m relay team to take third at the Sea Ray Relays … ran 3:43.64 as a part of the 4x400m relay team at Drake.

PRIOR TO ISU

Loretto Abbey High School: Three-year letterwinner in track and field ...Named 2012 MVP...Captured first-place in the 400-meter and 200-meter dash at the Canadian National Junior Championships...Placed second in the 400-meter race at youth nationals, to accompany a second-place finish in the 400-meter at provincials...As a freshman, finished second in both the 200-meter and 400-meter run at Nationals...Was a member of the Phoenix track club for six years.

Personal: Born 2/28/95...daughter of Paul and Jennifer Christiani...Has two siblings Isaac and Renee...Three-year honor roll member...plans to major in journalism.
