2017-18

Indoor: Named the MVC's Most Valuable Athlete at the Valley Championships, scoring a total of 22.50 points to help the Redbirds' to their first title since the 1999 season...brought home individual MVC titles in the 200-meter (21.34), 400-meter (47.50), and 4x400-meter relay...winning 200-meter time of 21.34 is a personal-best and ranks fourth all-time in ISU history...400-meter victory marked the third indoor title of his career in the event...over the course of the season, also captured personal bests in the 100-meter (6.81) at the Illini Classic and 400-meter (46.50) at the Iowa State Classic...100-meter mark of 6.81 sits sixth on ISU's top-10 list...400-meter time of 46.50 not only won the event, but broke ISU's school record that had stood for over 40 years...named the MVC Male Track Athlete of the Week on 2/13 for record-breaking performance...also ran a leg on ISU's 4x400-meter relay team that broke the school record at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 3:11.59.

Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter dash for the second time of his career and first time since the 2014-15 season...to get to the NCAA Championships, recorded a personal-best 45.97 in the quarterfinals at the NCAA West Preliminary Round to finish second in his heat and automatically advance to Eugene...mark ranks second in ISU history...at the NCAA Championships, finished 21st in 46.45 to earn Honorable Mention All-American status for the second time of his career...crowned the 2018 MVC Outdoor 200-meter Champion, clocking in at 20.55...mark is an ISU school record, Gibson Track & Field Complex facility record, and MVC Championship meet record...also anchored the 4x400-meter relay team that won the MVC title in 3:08.16, splitting 44.6 to secure the victory...earned All-Conference honors in the 100-meter and 4x100-meter relay as well...placed second in the 100-meter with a personal-best time of 10.37, a mark which ranks fifth on ISU's top-10 list...finished second in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 40.04, a time that ranks third in Redbird track and field history...was an integral part of the Redbirds' 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams that qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round...ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay at the West Prelims that clocked in at a season-best 3:07.43 to finish 16th...mark ranks second on ISU's top-10 list...leaves Illinois State as a 13-time MVC Champion, three-time NCAA West Preliminary Round Qualifier, and two-time NCAA Championship Qualifier...also holds four ISU school records (indoor 400m, outdoor 200m, indoor/outdoor 4x400-meter relays).

2015-16

Indoor: Reigning Missouri Valley Conference Champion in the men’s 400-meter dash, capturing his third MVC title with a time of 48.36…placed second and earned All-Valley honors in the 200-meter with a time of 21.49…anchored the 2016 men’s 4x400-meter relay champion team with a time of 3:18.09…at the Meyo Invitational, captured indoor personal-bests in the 200m (21.36) and the 400m (46.83), with a second and third place finish, respectively.

Outdoor: Three-time NCAA West Preliminary Round qualifer... qualified in the 400-meter dash and nearly missed a trip to the NCAA Championships as he finished 13th with a time of 46.72...ran in the 4x100- and 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA West Prelims...All-MVC in the 400-meter dash with a second-place finish...earned All-MVC in the 200-meter dash with a second-place finish...MVC Champion in the 4x100m (39.98) and 4x400m (3:11.59)...placed third at the Drake Relays in the 4x100m as the team ran a time of 40.69...placed fourth at the Sun Angel Classic in the 400 with a time of 46.32. 

2014-15

Indoor: Earned first place at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships and All-MVC in the 400-meter dash with a time of 48.14…At the EIU John Craft Invite captured his personal-best in the 600-meter dash with a time of 1:26.60… ran in the 4 x 400 meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships where the squad earned first place with a time of 3:16.65 and earned All-MVC honors…competed in the 200-meter dash at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 21.68 and placed first…competed in the 400-meter dash at the Double Dual and earned first place with a time of 49.64…at the Indiana Relays earned second place with a time of 49.02…at the Meyo Invitational clocked a time of 47.40…competed in the 4 x 400…at the Double Dual earned first place with a time of 3:19.13…Earned first place at the EIU John Craft Invite with a time of 3:21.15…at the Indiana Relays posted a time of 3:16.49…captured a time of 3:15.94 at the Meyo Invitational.    

Outdoor:  Named the Missouri Valley Conference Most Valuable Co-Athlete…earned All-Conference in the 400-meter dash with a time of 46.68 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships where he placed first…Broke the school record in the 4 x 400 at the NCAA West Preliminary where the squad posted a time of 3:06.51…captured his personal-best performance in the 400-meter dash at the NCAA Preliminary where he ran a time of 46.26 and placed tenth…competed in the 200-meter dash at the MVC Championships with a time of 20.64 and placed second overall…at the Sun Angel Classic he competed in the 400 where he earned a time of 46.46… first time competed at the NCAA National Championships in the 400 where he posted a time of 46.72 and earned 20th-place…ran in the 4 x 100 meter at the Big Blue Classic and the team posted a time of 41.14…the team matched that time at the Drake Relays…at the Redbird the squad earned first place with a clocked time of 40.91…competed in the 4 x 400… at the Illinois Twilight the team earned first place with a time of 3:14.27…at the EIU the team captured first place with a time of 3:08.87…clocked a time of 3:10.34 at the Drake Relays…earned first place with a time of 3:14.24 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships…at the Drake Relays competed in the 1600 sprint medley relay and the team posted a time of 3:25.76.

2013-14

Indoor: Held the top-spot on the Redbird season-best list with a 400-meter time of 48.20, finishing third in a 21-man field at the Iowa State Classic … clocked a 400m time of 48.44 at the Meyo Invitational to finish 16th in a field of 47 … finished second in back-to-back meets with times of 48.34 and 49.08 at the Notre Dame Inviational and the Indiana Relays, respectively ... helped his 4x400m relay team to a season-best finish at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 3:15.75 … was a part of the third-place Missouri Valley Conference 4x400m team, clocking a time of 3:17.02 … finished second to earn All-Valley honors as a part of the DMR team with a time of 10:04.00 … posted a season-best performance as a part of the DMR team that finished eighth at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 10:01.00.

Outdoor: Opened the season with a personal-best performance in the 200-meter dash, clocking 21.79 … sat second on the Redbirds’ season best list with a personal-best 400m time of 47.53 at the Redbird Invite … ran 48.38 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships to advance to the final round of eight … ran a leg of the 4x100m relay team that clocked a season-best time of 41.42 at Tennessee’s Sea Ray Relays … followed that performance with a 4x100m team time of 41.47 … finished seventh at the MVC Championships as a leg of the 4x100 with a time of 43.56 … helped the Redbirds clock a season-best 4x400m relay time of 3:09.97 at the Drake Relays, helping advance the foursome to the NCAA West Preliminary Round … finished first at the Redbird Invite as a leg of the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:13.18.

PRIOR TO ISU

The Lodge School: Placed second at the Barbadian national championships in the 400-meter race with a time of 47.33...As a junior, finished third at the high school championships with a 400-meter time of 48.06...Helped lead his team to a third-place finish in the 4X400-meter relay at the Penn Relays with a time of 3:13:07.
