2016-17

Indoor: Placed third and recorded a personal-best in the mile run (4:55.04) at the Hoosier Open...placed third in the mile at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...posted a fourth place finish in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:17.39 at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...captured a season-best in the 3,000-meter run (9:51.72) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite, placing 11th out of 49 competitors...competed in the 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run at MVC Championships...placed fifth in the 5,000-meter run with a personal-record time of 17:16.91.

Outdoor: Posted a pair of second-place finishes in the 1,500-meter run over the course of the season at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational and the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...during the 1,500-meter run at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic, ran a personal-best time of 4:32.15...won the 5,000-meter run with a season-best time of 17:19.02 at the Gibson Invitational...competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 5,000-meter run at MVC Championships...finished seventh in the 5,000-meter run...placed third and earned All-MVC honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:43.77.

2015-16

Indoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter run at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships where she posted a time of 9:55.74 and placed 12th…earned All-Valley honors in the distance medley relay as the team finished third with a time of 11:53.11…captured her personal-best mile run at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open with a time of 5:00.79 and placed third. 

Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 10:57.21...placed 11th in the 3,000-meter run at the Illinois Twilight...ran the 1,500-meter run at the Redbird Invite wit ha time of 4:44.92. 

2014-15

Indoor: Earned All-MVC and second place at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship in the 3,000-meter with a time of 9:37.39…received second place at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open with a time of 10:03.24…at the GVSU Big Meet clocked a time of 9.59.05…captured a time of 10:05.05 at the Indiana Relays earning fourth place overall…competed in the mile run at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 5:09.79…participated in the distance medley relay at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earning second place and All-MVC with at clocked time of 11:54.17.

Outdoor: Captured first place at the Lenny Lyles in the 1,500-meter with a clocked time of 4:34.26…she also earned first place in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Stanford Invite with a time of 10:20.90…competed at the Sun Angel Classic in the 1,500-meter and clocked a time of 4:38.00…at the Drake Relays competed in the 3,000 steeplechase and captured a time of 10:44.15…competed at the NCAA Regionals and earned a time of 11:06.55…participated in the 4 x 1,600 meter at the Drake Relays captured a time of 19:44.03 placing seventh overall, while breaking the ISU all-time record. 

PRIOR TO ISU

Wisconsin: Two-year member of the Badger’s cross country and track and field squad … ran a personal-best 3,000-meter steeplechase time of 10:54.30.

Oswego East High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track and field … one-year letterwinner in softball … seven-time conference champion … three-time Class 3A state champion, including titles in the 1,600-meter, 3,200m and cross country … two-time state runner-up in the 3,200m and cross country …five-time sectional champion …10-time All-Conference honoree … holds the 3A cross country course record … helped her team to a conference championship in cross country as a sophomore … qualified for state in both cross country all four years of high school, including three years for track and field … held a personal-best 1,600m time of 4:53.37 and a personal-best 3,200m time of 10:33.53 … ran a personal-best 5K time of 17:53 as a sophomore … Ledger Sentinel Athlete of the Year … SPC Conference Female Athlete of the Year … honor roll member.
