2018-19 INDOOR (Sr.): Earned All-MVC honors in the 400 with a time of 55.81 seconds and the 4x400 with a combined time of 3:47.02, finishing second in both at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Also scored points in the 200 with a sixth-place finish at the MVC Indoor Championships...Won the 200-meter dash at the Badger Red & White Classic (2/15), clocking in at 25.47 seconds...Helped the 4x400 to a fourth-place finish with a combined time of 3:44.58 and finished 10th in the 400 with a time of 56.00 seconds at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...A member of the third-place finishing 4x400 that clocked in with a combined time of 3:45.91 and placed seventh in the 400 with a time of 55.50 seconds at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2)...Earned the gold as a member of the 4x400 that finished with a combined time of 3:56.28 at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26)...Notched third-place finishes in the 400 with a time of 57.13 seconds and the 4x400 with a combined time of 3:49.18 and came in eighth in the 200 at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Won the 4x400 with a combined time of 3:52.62 and came in second in the 400 with a time of 57.60 seconds at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12)...Opened the season with two fourth-place finishes at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8), clocking in at 1:35.13 in the 600 and finishing with a combined time of 3:54.01 in the 4x400.

2017-18 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Once again raced in the 200-meter, 400-meter, and 4x400-meter relay at the Valley Championships...earned All-MVC honors in the 4x400-meter relay, helping the team finish third in 3:40.24...mark ranks third on the Redbirds' top-10 list...scored points in the 400-meter dash, placing fourth in a personal-best 54.81...time ranks ninth in the Illinois State record books...finished 14th in the 200-meter dash with a personal-record time of 24.68...other top performances include an eighth-place finish in the 200-meter dash (25.16) at the Redbird Invite and a seventh-place finish in the 400-meter dash prelims (54.85) at the MVC Championships.

2017-18 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed in the 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash, and 4x400-meter relay at the MVC Championships...garnered All-Valley accolades in the 400-meter (55.50) and 4x400-meter relay (3:43.66), placing second in both events...4x400-meter relay time of 3:43.66 ranks sixth all-time in Illinois State history...finished 11th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.28...captured personal-bests in the 200-meter (25.07) and 600-meter (1:31.65) at the Notre Dame Invite...not only was her 600-meter time of 1:31.65 at the Notre Dame Invite good for third place, but it also sits second on ISU's top-10 list...posted a 400-meter time of 56.16 at the Iowa State classic, placing seventh...won the 400-meter dash at the Terre Haute Double Dual. 

2016-17 OUTDOOR (So.): Recorded three top-five finishes in the 400-meter dash during the outdoor season...placed sixth and captured a season-best in the 800-meter run (2:14.70) at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...competed in the 400-meter dash and 4x400-meter relay at MVC Championships...placed sixth in the 400-meter run with a season-best time of 55.21...finished second and earned All-MVC honors in the 4x400-meter relay...medal-winning time of 3:40.74 currently ranks fifth in the Illinois State record books.

2016-17 INDOOR (So.): Posted three top-five finishes in the 400-meter dash over the course of the indoor season...finished second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 56.16 at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...placed eighth in the 400-meter dash with a season-best time of 55.45 at the Iowa State Classic...mark currently ranks sixth on the Illinois State Top-10 List...won the 600-meter dash at the John Craft Invitational with a time of 1:32.88...mark is not only a personal record, but is the third-fastest in Illinois State history...recorded a personal-best in the 800-meter run (2:13.30) at the Meyo Invitational...ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that broke the Illinois State record (3:41.14) at the Meyo Invitational...competed in the 400-meter dash and 4x400-meter relay at MVC Championships...placed third with a time of 55.80 in the 400-meter run, garnering All-MVC honors...MVC Champion in the 4x400-meter relay. 

2015-16 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Captured her personal-best 400-meter dash at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 55.10 and placed fourth overall...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 4x400-meter relay...MVC Champion in the 4x400-meter relay...broke the school record in the 4x400m at the Drake Relays with a time of 3:38.20...ran her personal-best 800-meter run at the Illiniois Twilight at a time of 2:14.06.

2015-16 INDOOR (Fr.): Ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay which broke the school record and the Missouri Valley Conference Championship record with a time of 3:42.05…competed in the 400-meter dash at the MVC Championships where she placed fifth in the prelims to advance to the finals…in the finals she ran a time of 56.91 and placed eighth overall…earned her personal-best 400 meter at the Meyo Invite with a time of 56.60…ran her personal-best 600 meter at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 1:34.99 and placed third overall…at the GVSU Big Meet earned her personal-best 800-meter run with a time of 2:17.22… captured first-place victories in the 4x400-meter relay at GVSU Big Meet (3:42.98) and the MVC Championship (3:42.05).

MINOOKA COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL: three-time letterwinner in track and field … two-time state qualifier … two-time conference champion … sectional champion … named Most Valuable Sprinter … All-American  honors… all-conference … named MVP her junior year … set two school records, one in the 400-meter dash with a time of 55.54, and the other in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:54 where her team placed fifth at the state finals … placed second in states in the 400-meter dash … team went undefeated in the 4x400-meter relay her junior year.
