2017-18

Indoor: Competed in two meets over the course of the season...ran a season-best 3,000-meter time of 10:23.22 to place fifth at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...finished ninth in the 3,000-meter run at the Illini Classic with a time of 10:37.92.

Outdoor: Scored points for the 'Birds in the 10,000-meter run at the MVC Championships, finishing sixth with a time of 37:26.53...recorded a personal-best in the 10,000-meter run at the Virginia Challenge, placing 13th in 35:31.59...mark ranks fifth all-time in Illinois State history...won the 3,000-meter run at the Redbird Invitational, clocking in at 10:24.08...captured season-bests in the 3,000-meter run (10:15.60) at the Black & Gold Invite and the 5,000-meter run (17:26.42) at the Big Blue Classic.

2016-17

Indoor: Finished third and recorded a personal-best in the mile run (5:20.48) at the Top Times Titan Open...won the 3,000-meter run on two separate occasions, including at the Illinois Orange & Blue open where she ran a time of 10:18.71...placed seventh and ran a season-best in the 5,000-meter run (17:24.48) at MVC Championships...also competed in the 3,000-meter run at MVC Championships.

Outdoor: Placed fifth and posted a personal-record in the 10,000-meter run (35:36.27) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...mark currently stands as the fifth-fastest in Redbird history...finished first in the 5,000-meter run with a season-best time of 17:50.65 at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...placed seventh in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 37:02.65 at MVC Championships...also competed in the 5,000-meter run at MVC Championships.

2015-16

Indoor: Competed in the 3,000 meter and the 5,000-meter run at the MVC Championship…posted a 3K time of 10:31.81 and placed 32nd overall…finished 12th in the 5K with a time of 17:38.58… earned her season-best 5K at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 17:36.09… placed third in the women’s 3K at the Indiana State Double Dual. 

Outdoor: Earned her personal-best 10,000-meter run at the prestigious Drake Relays with a time of 35:51.15...her time ranks her seventh on the all-time best list...notched her personal-best 5,000-meter run at the Gibson Invite where she placed first with a time of 17:22.42...ran in the 10K at the Missouri Valley Confernece Championships where she placed 14th overall. 

2014-15

Indoor: Earned first place at the Titan Open in the 3,000 meter with a time of 10:50.70…captured her personal-best at the Missouri Valley Conference with a time of 10:11.24 …competed in the mile run at the Titan Open and posted a time of 5:27.62…at the Illinois Orange and Blue earned a time of 5:20.49…at the GVSU Big Meet competed in the 5,000-meter placing fourth with a clocked time of 17:53.22

Outdoor: Earned fourth place at the Lenny Lyles Invite in the 5,000-meter with a time of 17:52.30..at the Big Blue Classic earned a time of 17:40.43 placing fifth overall…placed fifth at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 17:33.18…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships posted a time of 18:31.81…at the Redbird Invite competed in the 1,500-meter with a  time of 4:53.94…competed in the 10,000-meter at the Drake Relays with a time of 36:22.41…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned eighth with a time of 37:21.73

PRIOR TO ISU

St. Charles North High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and two-year letterwinner in track and field … two-time MVP and three-time All-Conference honoree … Named Athlete of the Month as a senior … placed 11th at state cross country with a time of 17:20 … notched a first-place finish at regionals and a runner-up finish at conference … four-time top-20 team finishes at the state cross country meet … all-regional and all-sectional as a junior in cross country … holds a personal-best two-mile time of 11:09.

Personal: Born 9/9/1995 … daughter of John and Debbie England … siblings are Jessica, Stephanie and Matthew … plans to major in exercise science to pursue a career in physical therapy.
