Indoor: Earned her personal-best mile time of 4:56.32 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships placing third overall and receiving All-MVC... at the GVSU Big Meet captured a time of 4:58.37…clocked a time of 5:02.24 at the Indiana Relays...competed in the 800-meter dash at the Indiana Relays earned a time of 2:17.89…participated in the 3,000-meter at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 9:51.75…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 10:26.77.

Outdoor: Clocked two personal-best performances this season…one was in 800-meter dash at the Big Blue Classic with a time of 2:16.85…earned fourth place at the Redbird Invite in the 1,500-meter with a clocked time of 4:35.68…she completed in the 1,500-meter at the Lenny Lyles coming in third place with a time of 4:38.39…earned a time of 4:39.27 at the Sun Angel Classic…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships captured a time of 4:51.80 placing sixth overall…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships also competed in the 5,000-meter placing 19th with a clocked time of 18:30.03…participated in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the Lenny Lyles coming in third with a time of 4:02.78… at the Drake Relays competed in the 4 x 1,600 earned a time of 19:44.03 placed seventh.

2013-14

Indoor: Clocked a personal-best 800-meter time of 2:19.95 … ran a season-best mile time of 5:01.29 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, advancing her to the final round where she clocked a mile time of 5:04.22 to finish seventh and score points for the Redbirds … posted a personal-best 1,000m time of 2:56.85 at Iowa State to take third … ran a personal-best 3,000m time of 10:11.16 at the Meyo Invitational to place in the top-half of the competitors … finished the season with a 3,000m time of 10:19.32 at the Valley Championships to place 25th.

Outdoor: Clocked a season-best 800-meter time of 2:18.79 at the Big Blue Invite to finish 17th in a field of 47 … ran 2:21.04 at the Redbird Invite … posted a personal-best 1,500m performance at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 4:36.77, advancing her to the final round where she finished 11th with a time of 4:42.32 … ran 4:38.31 at the Big Blue Invitational … posted a 1,500m time of 4:38.31 at the Sea Ray Relays … placed sixth as a leg of the 4x1,600m relay team that posted a time of 20:10.18. 

2012-13 

Indoor: Tossed a42-00.00 (12.80m)in the shot put to finish 10th at the Wisconsin Elite...Finished sixth in a field of 33 at the ISU Invite with a personal-best throw of 42-00.50 (12.81m)...Recorded a mark of 40-02.00 (12.24m) at the Boilermaker Invitational to finish ninth.

Outdoor: Threw a personal-best 44-05.25 in the shot put at the Redbird Spring Invite...Tossed a 43-03.00 in the shot put at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.
