2018-19 INDOOR (Sr.): Crowned MVC Champion in the 400 and earned All-MVC honors in the 200 with a third-place finish and the 4x400 with a second-place finish at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Also scored points for the Redbirds in the triple jump, finishing fifth with a personal-best mark of 14.39 meters (47-2.5 ft.) at the Valley Championships...Notched a fifth-place finish in the 400 with a time of 47.26 seconds and a sixth-place finish in the 200 with a time of 21.80 seconds at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...Placed fourth in the 200 and fifth in the 400 at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2)...Posted a second-place finish with a time of 21.95 seconds in the 200 at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26)...Won the 400 with a time of 47.86 seconds and helped the 4x400-meter relay to a first-place finish with a combined time of 3:15.18 at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Recorded a personal-best time of 7.02 seconds in the 60-meter dash to place second and won the 400 and the 4x400 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12)...Opened the season at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8), recording a personal-best time of 1:21.18 in the 600 and helped the 4x400 to a fifth-place finish.

2017-18 OUTDOOR (Sr.): Competed in the 200-meter, 400-meter, 4x100-meter relay, and 4x400-meter relay at the MVC Championships, scoring points in all four events...once again helped the Redbirds claim the 4x400-meter crown, as the team finished first in 3:08.16...earned All-Conference honors in the 400-meter dash (46.89) and 4x100-meter relay (40.04), finishing second and capturing season-bests in both events...4x100-meter mark sits third on ISU's top-10 list...placed fifth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.16...time of 21.14 from the 200-meter prelims at the Valley meet is a personal-best and ranks eighth all-time in ISU history...also qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in all of these events (100m, 200m, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay)...helped both the Redbirds 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay squads to a 16th place finish at the NCAA Prelims...4x400-meter relay clocked in at a season-best 3:07.43, a mark which ranks second on ISU's top-10 list...won the 400-meter dash at the Redbird Invite with a time of 47.80.

2017-18 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed in the 400-meter run and 4x400-meter relay at the MVC Championships...crowned MVC Champion in the 4x400-meter relay for the third time of his career, helping the team to a winning-time of 3:13.91...finished sixth in the 400-meter with a time of 48.64, scoring points for the eventual champion Redbirds...ran a leg on ISU's 4x400-meter relay that broke the school record at the Meyo Invite, crossing the finish line in 3:11.59...captured season-best 400-meter time (48.22) at the Iowa State Classic, placing sixth among 27 runners...won the 400-meter dash at the Terre Haute Double Dual with a time of 49.78.

2016-17 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Placed fourth in the 400-meter dash with a season-best time of 49.62 at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...competed in the 400-meter run and 4x400-meter relay at MVC Championships...placed second and earned All-MVC honors in the 4x400-meter relay...medal-winning time of 3:11.06 ranks ninth in the Illinois State record books.

2016-17 INDOOR (R-So.): Finished first in the 400-meter run with a time of 48.95 at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...placed eighth and recorded a personal-best in the 200-meter run (21.94) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite...ran a leg on the 4x100-meter relay team at the GVSU Big Meet Invite that recorded the second-fastest time in Illinois State history (3:13.99)...competed in the 400-meter run and 4x400-meter relay at MVC Championships...became a three-time MVC Champion, placing first in both the 400-meter run and 4x400-meter relay...in the 400-meter run, posted a season-best time of 47.57, a mark which ranks sixth on the Illinois State Top-10 List.

2015-16 OUTDOOR (So.): NCAA West Preliminary Round Qualifier in the 400-meter dash and the 4x400-meter relay...earned All-Valley honors and his personal-best time in the 400-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 46.56, while finishing third...MVC Champion in the 4x400-meter relay as the team ran a time of 3:11.59...Ran the distance medley relay at the Drake Relays while the team placed fifth overall wit a time of 9:50.44...placed first in the 400-meter at the EIU Big Blue Classic (49.80), the Gibson Invite (47.76) and the Illinois Twilight (47.77).

2015-16 INDOOR (So.): Earned his personal-best 400-meter dash this season at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 48.39 and placed fourth overall…competed in the 4x400-meter relay at the Mark Colligan Memorial (3:16.99) and the Double Dual (3:21.26) as the team finished third and first, respectively… his season-best triple jump was posted at the EIU Early Bird with a mark of 13.47m (44-02.50). 

2014-15 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Earned his personal-best in the 400-meter at the Wisconsin Open with a time of 48.64 and placed third…earned fourth at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 48.91…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships posted a time of 49.37 and placed 13th…competed in the triple jump…at the Redbird Invite placed third with a mark of 13.58m (44-06.75)…ran in the 4 x 400…at the Lee Calhoun he earned a time of 3:25.52..at the Illinois Twilight the team posted a time of 3:20.76.

2014-15 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed in the 200-meter at the GVSU Big Meet and posted a time of 23.06…earned first place in the 400-meter dash at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 49.58...at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned a time of 50.55 in the 400-meter to place 15th…ran in the 4 x 400 meter at the Double Dual where the team captured a time of 3:25.22…competed in the triple jump…at the EIU Early Bird earned second place with a mark of 13.85m (45-05.25)...earned his personal-best at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a mark of 13.93m (45-08.50), finishing 11th…competed in the long jump at the Terre Haute Double Dual and recorded a mark of 6.46m (21-02.50).

ATHENS HIGH SCHOOL:  Four-year letterwinner in track and field … one-year letterwinner in cross country, soccer and archery … broke the school record five times in the triple jump, holding a personal-best mark of 45-09.75 … placed second at state in the triple jump … broke the school record in the 400-meter dash three times with a personal-best time of 49.26 … placed fifth at state in the 400m … holds the 4x400-meter relay school record … named the Most Valuable Track and Field Athlete for his sophomore, junior and senior seasons …holds personal-bests of 11.1 – 100m, 22.5 – 200m and 21-05 – long jump … honor roll member all four years.
