2017-18 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Competed in the shot put and hammer throw at the MVC Championships...posted a throw of 15.39m (50-06.00) in the shot put to be named the Valley outdoor shot put runner-up and garner All-Conference honors...finished 13th in the hammer throw with a distance of 47.64m (156-03.00)...won the shot put at the Virginia Challenge with a personal-best mark of 16.00m (52-06.00)...not only does this distance rank fourth all-time in ISU history, but it qualified her for the NCAA West Preliminary Round for the second straight year...finished 32nd at the NCAA West Preliminary Round with a throw of 15.17m (49-09.25)...picked up three more victories in the shot put over the course of the season at the Black & Gold Invite, Redbird Invite, and Big Blue Classic...captured personal-best hammer throw of 54.16m (177-08.00) at the Wisconsin Twilight, finishing sixth...mark ranks seventh all-time in ISU history...placed third in the hammer throw at the Sun Angel Classic (51.60m/169-03.00) and Redbird Invite (49.50m/162-05.00).

2017-18 INDOOR (Jr.): Captured the second MVC shot put title of her career, being crowned the Valley indoor shot put champion with a personal-best throw of 15.16m (49-09.00)...mark improves her to sixth all-time in Illinois State history...won the shot put at the Orange & Blue Open with a distance of 13.86m (45-05.75)...finished fourth in the shot put at the GVSU Big Meet (14.15m/46-05.25) and Terre Haute Double Dual (13.43m/44-00.75)...also competed in the weight throw at six meets over the course of the season...posted weight throw personal-best of 16.72m (54-10.25) at the GVSU Big Meet, placing eighth...recorded a pair of third-place finishes in the weight throw at the EIU Early Bird (15.73m/51-07.25) and Orange & Blue Open (15.52m/50-11.00).

2016-17 OUTDOOR (So.): Tallied three top-three finishes in hammer throw and four top-three finishes in shot put during the outdoor season...won the hammer throw competition at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational with a throw of 50.94m (167-01.00)...placed first in shot put with a distance of 14.46m (47-05.25) at the EIU Big Blue Classic...finished second in both of her events (shot put, hammer throw) at the Illinois Twilight Meet, recording a personal-best throw of 53.46m (175-05.00) in hammer throw...mark currently stands as the seventh-farthest in Illinois State history...MVC Champion in the shot-put...championship-winning throw of 15.68m (51-05.50) is not only a personal-record, but also ranks fourth on the Illinois State Top-10 List...qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round in shot put, finishing 30th with a throw of 14.92m (48-11.50).

2016-17 INDOOR (So.): Posted three top-five finishes in weight throw and five top-five finishes in shot put over the course of the indoor season...finished second in shot put in back-to-back weekends at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet (14.13m) and John Craft Invitational (14.07m)...placed second in shot put in back-to-back weekends for the second time this season at the GVSU Big Meet Invite (14.06m) and Illinois Orange & Blue Open (14.28m)...won the weight throw competition at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open with a throw of 16.13m (52-11.00)...finished third in weight throw at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet (14.77m)...posted a personal-record of 16.57m (54-04.50) in weight throw at the Meyo Invitational...competed in weight throw and shot put at MVC Championships...finished 13th in weight throw with a heave of 16.10m (52-10.00)...placed fourth in shot put with a season-best throw of 14.50m (47-07.00).

2015-16 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Placed seventh in the shot put at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a toss of 14.38m (47-02.25)...placed 13th in the hammer throw with a mark of 43.47m (142-07) at the MVC Championships...Won the shot put at the EIU Big Blue Classic with her season-best mark of 14.52m (47-07.75)...placed sixth in the shot put at the Virginia Challenge and placed second in the shot put at the Redbird Invite. Qualified for the USATF Junior Championships in shot put and placed tenth overall.

2015-16 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed in shot put at the MVC championships, capturing her personal-best mark of 14.93m (48-11.75) to place fourth, just shy of All-Valley honors...mark ranks sixth on ISU’s indoor all-time best list…earned first place in shot put at the GVSU Big Meet (14.40m) and the Illinois Orange and Blue Open (14.14m)…captured personal-best weight throw at the GVSU Big Meet with a mark of 15.09m (49-06.25).

LUDINGTON HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in track and field…school record holder in the shot put…conference champion…state qualifier…all-area shot put accolades...Most Valuable Player for the track team for three consecutive years…her senior year, she was the conference champion in shot put and discus throw…Ludington Area High School All-Around Senior Female Athlete Award…received Female Student Athlete of the Year and was inducted in the Mason County Hall of Fame.
