CAREER RESULTS

2021-2022 Outdoor (R-So.): Competed in three meets for the 2022 outdoor season… Kicked off the season at home competing in his first decathlon of the year, finishing with a score of 4036 to take sixth place… Competed in the 110m hurdles and the javelin throw at the Illini Invitational, running a 15.34W seasons best in the hurdles, and recording a mark of 38.03m (124’ 9”) in the javelin… Threw a personal best in the discus throw of 37.55m (123’ 2”) at the Wisconsin Classic… Also put up a seasons best in the javelin at the Wisconsin Classic of 44.60m (146’ 4”)

2021-2022 Indoor (Jr.): Competed at four meets during the indoor season… Placed fifth in the Keck Select 60m hurdles with a seasons-best time of 8.83 seconds… Finished third in the Titan Open high jump clearing a height of 1.83m (6’ 0”)… Took sixth place in the Illini Classic 60m hurdles with a time of 8.88 seconds

2020-21 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Competed at four meets during his first outdoor season as a Redbird...Threw a personal-best mark of 48.15 meters (158-0 ft.) in the javelin at the Clark-Wood Open, placing third overall...Competed in the decathlon at the MVC Championships, placing 10th overall...Recorded a personal-best jump of 6.35 meters (20-10 ft.) in the decathlon long jump at the MVC Championships.

2020-21 INDOOR (So.): Competed at four meets, including the MVC Championships...Opened the season by clearing a personal-best mark of 1.96 meters (6-5 ft.) in the high jump to take third at the Don DeNoon Dual...Recorded personal bests in the 60-meter dash (7.44 seconds), the long jump (6.29 meters/20-7.75 ft.), the shot put (11.31 meters/37-1.25 ft.), the 60-meter hurdles (8.71 seconds) and the pole vault (3.31 meters/10-10.25 ft.) to place 12th overall in the heptathlon at the MVC Championships.

2019-20 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed at five meets during his freshman campaign...Opened the season with a sixth-place finish in the high jump with a clearance of 1.85 meters (6-0.75 ft.) at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup...Finished seventh in the heptathlon with 4,043 points at the Jack Jennett Open...Recorded a ninth-place finish in the heptathlon with a personal-best 4,137 points at the MVC Indoor Championships, notching personal bests in three of the seven events (1000m, 60m, long jump)...Currently ranks ninth all-time in ISU track & field history with his 4,137 points in the heptathlon.

MAINE SOUTH HS: A four-year letterwinner in football and track & field.

PERSONAL: Born 9/10/2000...Son of Thomas and Michelle Brown...Has two siblings, Jon and Liz...Plans to major in history education with aspirations of becoming a history teacher.
