2022-2023 OUTDOOR (Sr.) Competed at two meets during the outdoor season where she set a personal-best at the Wisconsin Classic in the 1500m with a time of 4:33.94...Placed 14th at the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the 1500m with a time of 4:36.30.

2022-2023 INDOOR (Sr.) Competed in four meets during the indoor season where she competed at the Larry Wieczorek in the 3000m with a time of 9:59.01...Set a personal-best in the 3000m at the 2023 PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational with a fifth place finish and a time of 9:42.12...Competed at the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship where she ran in the 5000m and the 3000m.

2021-2022 OUTDOOR (Jr.) Competed in four outdoor meets, including the MVC Championship...Earned All-Valley honors in the 10,000 with a time of 36:13.83... Ran a personal-best time in the 5,000 at the Indiana Invitational clocking a 16:51.89.

2021-2022 INDOOR (Jr.) In her debut season as a Redbird, Meyers competed in five indoor meets including the MVC Indoor Championships... Clocked a personal-best time in the mile of 5:06.77 at the Keck Select... Placed first at the GVSU Big Meet in the 5000 with a time of 17:16.08.

O'HARA HIGH SCHOOL/UMKC: Spent two seasons at UMKC before transferring…Took fourth on the team and 27th overall at the 2019 WAC Cross Country Championships…Finished 11th at the WAC Track & Field Championships in the 5000m with a time of 18:35.0…Participated in both track & field and cross country…Four-time Cross Country District Champion…Earned All-State honors four times in cross country…Holds high school record holder for mile, two mile and 5K.
