2022-2023 OUTDOOR (Sr.) Competed in four meets during the outdoor season where he set a personal-best in the 10,000m with a time of 30:24.38 at the Wash U Distance Carnival...At the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship he ran in the 10,000m and the 5000m. 

2022-2023 INDOOR (Sr.) Competed in five meets during the indoor season where he set a personal-best in the mile with a time of 4:18.56 at the Keck Select...Placed sixth at the GVSU Big Meet in the 5000m with a time of 14:29.67...Placed seventh at the MVC Indoor Track & Field championship in the 5000m with a time of 14:27.65.

2021-2022 OUTDOOR (Jr.) Competed in three meets including the MVC Championships where he recorded a personal-best in the 10,000 clocking a 31:14.43, placing tenth... Placed first in the 5000 at the Illini Classic running a personal-best of 14:24.14... Raced his personal-best in the 1500 at the Redbird Invite clocking a 4:01.72.

2021-2022 INDOOR (Jr.) Raced in three meets... Placed second in the 3000 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup clocking an 8:29.55... Recorded a personal-best in the 3000 clocking an 8:28.53 at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational.

2020-21 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Competed at three meets during the 2021 outdoor season...Ran his fastest 5,000-meter time at the Joe Walker Invite, clocking in at 15:07.40...Placed fourth in the 5K at the Illinois State Invite.

2020-21 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed at three indoor meets during his debut track & field season for the Redbirds...Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 3,000m at the Jack Jennett Invite, clocking in at 8:37.23...Recorded a personal-best time of 8:34.50 in the 3,000m a the GVSU Big Meet...Earned All-Valley honors in the 5,000-meter run (5,200m), placing second overall with a time of 15:36.25 in a race that ended with an extra lap at the MVC Championships.

NORMAL COMMUNITY WEST HS: A four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field...Two-time IHSA 3A Boys Track & Field State Qualifier...Placed sixth in the 3,200m (9:17.64) at the 2019 IHSA State Championships...A two-time Big 12 Conference Champion...Finished first in the 3,200m and second in the 1,600m at the 2020 Big 12 Indoor Boys Championship...A three-time Big 12 Conference Cross Country Champion...A two-time All-State Cross Country finisher...Placed seventh at the 2018 Class 3A Cross Country Championships with a time of 14:30 (3 miles)...Named team MVP as a senior...Helped his team to cross country and indoor track & field conference championships as a senior.
