2015-16

Indoor Ran a leg on the 2016 men’s 4x400-meter MVC Championship relay team with a time of 3:18.09…competed in the 400-meter dash and ran a time of 49.69 and placed 12th overall…posted his season-best 800 meter at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open with a time of 1:59.49 and placed sixth overall…earned his indoor season-best  in the 600 meter at the EIU Early Bird and ran a time of 1:21.21…placed first at the Titan Open in the men’s 400-meter dash (50.17)…placed first in the men’s 4x400-meter relay at the Titan Open (3:23.52) and the EIU Early Bird (3:21.64).

Outdoor: NCAA West Preliminary Round Qualifier in the 4x400-meter relays... at the NCAA West Prelims ran in the 4x400m where the team placed 21st with a time of 3:10.25...MVC Champion in the 4x400m as the team posted a time of 3;11.59...placed ninth in the 800-meter run at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 1:53.93...placed second in the 800m at the EIU Big Blue Classic...ran on the 4x400m at the Wisconsin Twilight where the squad ran a time of 3:08.61 and placed first. 

2014-15

Indoor: At the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned first place in the 4 x 400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.65…Captured first place at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.37… at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 400m earned fifth place with a final time of 49.75…competed in the 600-meter dash at the EIU Early Bird with a time of 1:24.34 while finishing in third place…at the EIU John Craft Invite competed in the 800-meter dash and earned a time of 2:03.18…at the Titan Open posted a time of 2:01.50…participated in the 4 x 400 meter at the EIU Early Bird earning second place with a time of 3:24.52…at the Titan Open captured third place with a time of 3:28.60… competed in the distance medley relay at the EIU John Craft Invite with a time of 10:34.00 receiving fourth place overall. 

Outdoor: Earned his personal best in the 400-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships where he posted a final time of 47.98 and earned fifth place overall…competed in the 400 at the Lenny Lyles and clocked a time of 50.52…competed in the 800-meter…earned fourth place at the Big Blue Classic with a time of 1:54.51…at the Sun Angel Classic posted a time of 1:53.15…ran a time of 1:53.34 at the Illinois Twilight...broke the school record in the 4 x 400 at the NCAA West Preliminary where the team posted a time 3:06.51…earned first place at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a clocked time of 3:14.24…at the Redbird Invite, the team posted a time of 3:14.81 and won first place…ran a time of 3:14.27 at the Illinois Twilight where the team placed first…at the EIU the team posted a time of 3:08.87 and earned first place...ran a time of 3:10.34 at the Drake Relays…ran in the 4 x 800 meter at the Drake Relays where the team came in fourth with a time of 7:36.18.

2013-14

Indoor: Sat atop the Redbirds’ season-best board in the 600-meter race with a time of 1:19.04 to finish second at the Indiana Relays … clocked a personal-best 800m time of 1:51.32 at the Meyo Invitational to finish fifth in a 54-man field … placed third at Notre Dame with an 800m time of 1:52.87 … earned All-Valley honors with a third-place finish at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, clocking 1:52.65 … followed that performance with a third-place finish at the Valley Championships as a part of the men’s 4x400m relay team, posting a time of 3:17.02.

Outdoor: Earned All-Valley honors as a part of the men’s 4x400-meter team, clocking a time of 3:11.28, advancing the foursome to the NCAA West Preliminary Round … a member of the 4x400 relay team that clocked a time of 3:10.16 in Arkansas at the NCAA West Preliminary round … posted a personal-best 400m time of 49.06 at the Redbird Invite … posted a time of 4:13.37 in the 1,500m at the Big Blue Invitational … Valley scholar-athlete. 

2012-13 

Indoor: Did not compete

Outdoor: Named the 2012-13 Most Outstanding men's track athlete...Earned four top-five finishes, including three consecutive first-place finishes in the 800-meter...Finished first in a field of 39 with a time of 1:52.70 in the 800-meter run...Ran a personal-best 1:51.30 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships to capture first...Finished third with a time of 3:17.78, as a part of the 4X400-meter relay team at the Jim Duncan Invitational.

2011-12 Season

Indoor: Posted seven top-five finishes throughout the course of the season ... took first at the Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 3) in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.15 ... followed with another first-place finish at the Wisconsin Invitational (Jan. 20) in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:58.09 ... ran a personal-best 800-meter run at the Big Meet (Feb. 10), finishing sixth with a time of 1:52.49 ... finished third at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25) in the 800-meter run, posting a time of 1:53.56 for All-Valley honors ... finished second at the same meet as part of the 4X400-meter relay team that ran a 3:16.329 (photo-finish), earning All-Valley honors.
