2022-2023 OUTDOOR (Sr.): Competed in six meets during the 2023 outdoor season where she set a personal-best in the 1500 with a time of 4:31.39...Came away with first in the 5000 with a time of 17:30.45 at the Gary Wieneke Memorial...Placed first in the 3000S at the Wisconsin classic with a time of 10:17.48...At the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship she set a personal-best in the 3000S with a time of 10:10.21 while placing third...Competed in the NCAA West First Round in the 3000S with a time of 10:16.33.

2022-2023 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed in five meets during the indoor season where she placed second in the 3000 with a time of 9:50.31...Placed third at the 2023 Meyo Invitational with a time of 9:42.53 in the 3000...Placed first in the DMR with a time of 12:17.94 and set a personal-best in the mile with a time of 4:54.69 at the 2023 Hoosier Hills...At the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship she set a personal-best in the 3000 with a time of 9:34.03 and placed second in the DMR with a time of 11:49.90.

2021-2022 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Competed in six meets during the 2022 outdoor season where she had a second place finish in the 3000 with a time of 11:02.24 at the Illini Classic... At the Redbird Challenge she placed sixth in the 1500 with a time of 4:43.80...Set a personal-best at the Missouri Valley Conference in the 5000 with a time of 17:06.22.

2021-2022 INDOOR (So.): Competed in five meets during the indoor season where she finished second in the mile with a time 5:10.36 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup... Placed eighth at the PNC Lenny Lyles invitational in the 800 with a time of 10:03.30...At the 2022 MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship she came away with first in the DMR with a time of 11:40.37.

OLATHE NORTH HIGH SCHOOL/UMKC: Participated in cross country and track and field in high school…Earned All-State in cross country in 2016 and 2017…Earned the All-Metro for cross country in 2016 and 2017…Kansas First-Team GKCCCA in 2017…All-State Track in the 3200m in 2017 and 2018…All-State in the 1600m in 2018…Spent two years at UMKC, participating in track & field… Set a PR in the 6K at the 2018 WAC Championships…Also competed at 2018 NCAA Regionals, taking 159th overall
