2017-18

Indoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run at the MVC Championships...finished 11th in both events, recording a 3K time of 8:32.79 and 5K time of 15:09.13...captured a personal-best 3,000-meter time of 8:29.45 at the Notre Dame Invite, placing 10th among 29 runners...recorded a season-best in the 5,000-meter run at the Meyo Invite, clocking in at 14:38.55 to finish 14th in a field of 44 student-athletes.

Outdoor: Ran in four meets during outdoor season, including the MVC Championships...scored points for the 'Birds in the 10,000-meter run at the Valley meet, finishing seventh in 32:35.34...also competed in the 5,000-meter run, placing 10th in 15:25.36...captured personal-best 10,000-meter time of 30:27.39 at the Virginia Challenge, finishing 15th...won the 1,500-meter run at the Redbird Invite, clocking in at 3:57.05.

2016-17

Indoor: Recorded season-bests in the 3,000-meter run (8:29.73) and 5,000-meter run (14:30.99) at the MVC Championships.

Outdoor: Placed first and captured a personal-best of 14:22.71 in the 5,000-meter run at the Illinois Twilight meet...time stands as eighth-fastest in Illinois State history...recorded a victory and personal-record in the 3,000-meter run (8:28.21) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...ran a personal-best of 3:56.13 in the 1,500-meter run at the Illinois State Redbird Invite...finished fourth in the 10,000-meter run with a personal-record of 30:28.26 at MVC Championships.  

PRIOR TO ISU 

Iowa Central Community College: runner-up in the 2016 NJCAA Half Marathon Championship (1:08.44)…NJCAA Division I National qualifier…2015 NJCAA Regional XI Indoor runner-up in the 5K and went on placing fourth at nationals…2014 placed third in the 5K at the NJCAA Regional XI and went on placing fifth at nationals…placed fourth at the 2016 Drake Relays with a PR 10K (30:13.93)…placed seventh for two-consecutive years at the NJCAA national meet in the 10K…holds the school record in the 3K at 8:24.50.

Annawan High School: two-year letter winner in track and field/cross country…cross country…finished seventh at the IHSA Cross Country State Championship with a PR in the three mile (15:19)…regional qualifier…track and field…state qualifier in the 3200m…conference champion in the 3200m.
