2017-18

Indoor: Named the Most Valuable Athlete of the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championships, scoring a meet-high 22 points to help the Redbirds to their first indoor Valley sweep since 1997...took home the Valley 60-meter dash and 200-meter dash titles, also earning All-Conference honors in the 4x400-meter relay with a second place finish...en route to these accolades, broke both ISU's 60-meter dash (7.33) and 200-meter dash school records (23.78)...became the first Redbird woman to break the 24-second barrier in the 200-meter indoors...helped the 'Birds run the sixth-fastest 4x400-meter relay time (3:43.66) in Illinois State history at the MVC Championships...won every 60-meter race she competed in this season, with the exception of the Iowa State Classic, where she placed second...tallied victories in the 200-meter at the Notre Dame Invite (24.22) and the Terre Haute Double Dual (24.49)...finished second in the 200-meter at the Iowa State Classic (24.03) and the Meyo Invite (24.10).

Outdoor: Crowned the MVC 100-meter dash Champion at the Valley Championships, crossing the finish line in an ISU school-record 11.43...earned All-Conference honors in the 4x100-meter relay, helping the Redbird squad finish second in 45.18...mark ranks second all-time in Illinois State history...placed seventh in the 200-meter at the MVC Championships, clocking in at 23.94 to score points for the 'Birds...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 100-meter, 200-meter, and 4x100-meter relay...advanced to the quarterfinals in both the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes...finished 15th in the 200-meter dash, crossing the finish line in a personal-best 23.40 to break the ISU school record...placed 24th in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.66...helped the 'Birds 4x100-meter relay team to a 20th place finish in 45.48...won the 100-meter dash at the Redbird Invite, clocking in at 11.68.

2016-17

Indoor: Recorded five individual victories this season, two in the 60-meter dash and three in the 200-meter dash...won every event that she participated in during back-to-back weekends at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet and the John Craft Invitational...MVC Champion in the 200-meter dash...her championship-winning mark of 24.26 is currently the second-fastest in Illinois State history...also competed in the 60-meter dash at MVC Championships, placing fourth with a personal-best time of 7.48...mark ranks second in Redbird Track & Field history...was named Indoor Freshman of the Year for the Missouri Valley Conference following MVC Indoor Championships.  

Outdoor: Completed a clean-sweep of all the events in which she competed in (100-meter dash, 200-meter dash, 4x100-meter relay, 4x400-meter relay) at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...for this performance, she received MVC Female Track Athlete of the Week honors on April 11...placed sixth in the 100-meter dash with a personal-best time (11.68) at the Virginia Challenge...competed in four events at MVC Championships, placing in the top-four in each event...recorded a fourth place finish in the 4x100-meter relay and the 200-meter dash...time in the 4x100-meter dash (45.46) currently sits fourth in Illinois State history...captured a personal-record during prelims of the 200-meter dash (23.84), a mark which also ranks third in Illinois State history...her best individual performance came in the 100-meter dash, where she finished third and earned All-MVC honors...also earned All-MVC distinction in the 4x400-meter relay...4x400-meter relay time of 3:40.74 is the fifth-fastest in Redbird history...was named Outdoor Freshman of the Year for the Missouri Valley Conference following MVC Outdoor Championships...qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary round in the 100-meter dash...finished 22nd with a time of 11.54, which is the third-fastest in Illinois State's record books.

PRIOR TO ISU

Naperville Central High School: four year letter winner in track and field…four-time state qualifier…four-time all-conference honoree…four-time conference champion (Dupage Valley) in the 200-meter dash and conference recorder…holds two school records in the 100 (12.09) and 200 (25.09)-meter dash…competed in the 4x100-meter relay where her squad broke a school record at 48.42…three-time all-academic and one academic champion honors…two-time MVP accolades…two-time High Point Award recipient…also ran cross country and played basketball.
