CAREER RESULTS

2020-21 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Competed at three meets during the 2021 outdoor season...Ran a wind-aided time of 10.85 seconds (3.2w) to take fifth in the 100-meter dash at the Redbird Invite...Clocked in at a wind-legal time of 10.94 seconds in the 100m prelims at the Clark-Wood Open...Competed in the 100m prelims and helped the 4x100-meter relay team to a sixth-place finish at the MVC Championships.

2020-21 INDOOR (Sr.): Competed at two meets as a senior for the Redbirds, including his first MVC Championships...Ran sub-seven seconds in the 60-meter dash for the first time at the EIU Friday Night Special, clocking in at 6.94 seconds to take fourth overall...Just missed the 60-meter dash finals at the Valley Championships, taking ninth in the prelims with a personal-best time of 6.92 seconds.

2019-20 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 INDOOR (Jr.): Placed seventh in the 60m at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup with a time of 7.23 seconds in the final after clocking in at 7.12 seconds in the prelim.

TRITON CC/UNITED TOWNSHIP HS: A four-year letterwinner in football and a two-year letterwinner in track & field at United Township HS...A two-year letterwinner in track & field at Triton CC...Crowned NJCAA D3 National Champion in the 100-meter dash and the 200-meter dash...Helped the 4x100-meter relay to a second-place finish at the national championships...Helped United Township High School to two conference championships...Named All-Metro in track & field as a senior in high school...Finished second in conference in the 100m, 200m, 4x100-meter relay and 4x200-meter relay.

PERSONAL: Son of Natasha Carpenter...Has three siblings: DeShawn, Devontay and Tamia...Named an Academic All-American at Triton CC...Plans to major in Criminal Justice with aspirations of becoming a DEA agent.
