Finished second at the Drake Relays as a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:40.34...Claimed first at the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship as a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:42.40 and fifth in the 400m with a time of 55.81.

2022-2023 INDOOR (Sr.) Competed in six meets during the indoor season where she placed fourth as a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:07.83 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup...Set a personal-best at the 2023 Meyo Invitational in the 200m with a time of 25.23...Claimed first as a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:53.40...At the Indoor Track & Field Championship she finished second in the DMR with a time of 11:49.90.

2021-2022 OUTDOOR (Jr.) Participated at the 2022 94^th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.

2021-2022 INDOOR (Jr.) Participated in eight meets during the indoor campaign, including the MVC Indoor Championships as a part of the MVC Champion 4x400 relay squad... Clocked a 57.38 in the 400-meter dash to take first at the Blue Demon Holiday Invite... A part of the first-place relay squad at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup helping ISU earn their fourth consecutive cup.

(So.): Competed at six meets during the 2021 outdoor campaign...Helped ISU's 4x100-meter relay team and 4x400-meter relay team to a combined eight wins throughout the season...Crowned MVC Champion for the second time this year in the 4x400-meter relay, clocking in with a combined time of 3:41.91, which is the 10th-fastest time in school history...Also earned All-Valley honors in the 4x100-meter relay and the 400-meter dash, taking third in both events...Member of the 4x100-meter relay team that placed third and ran the sixth-fastest time in school history at 45.52 seconds...Recorded a personal-best time of 54.71 seconds in the 400-meter dash, placing third overall to earn All-Valley honors in the event for the second time this year...Her 400m time of 54.71 seconds is the 10th-fastest time in school history...Ran sub-55 seconds in the 400m for the first time at the Illinois State Invite, placing third with a time of 54.98 seconds...Member of the ISU women's team that won their seventh-straight conference title and broke a Valley record for points scored with 232.

2020-21 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed at four meets for the 'Birds during the 2021 indoor campaign...Recorded a personal-best time of 25.49 seconds in the 200m to place sixth overall at the Don DeNoon Dual...Crowned an MVC Champion as ISU's lead leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that won with a combined time of 3:50.01...Earned her first individual All-Valley honors by running a lifetime best time of 55.96 seconds in the 400m to place third overall.

2019-20 OUTDOOR (So.): Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 INDOOR (So.): Raced at four meets during her sophomore indoor season...Won the 400m with a time of 57.23 seconds at the adidas Classic to open the season...Ran a season-best time of 56.85 seconds to finish fifth in the 400m and score points for the Redbirds...Earned All-Valley honors as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished third with a combined time of 3:46.14. 

2018-19 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Scored points for the Redbirds in the 400-meter dash, finishing seventh with a time of 57.28 seconds at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Also earned All-MVC honors as a member of the gold-medal winning 4x400-meter relay that clocked in with a combined time of 3:44.22 at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Competed in the 400 and the 4x400 at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Classic (4/26-27)...A member of the winning 4x400 that finished with a combined time of 3:47.79 and placed third in the 400 with a time of 57.57 seconds at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20)...Helped the 4x400 to an eighth-place finish and competed in the 400 at the Tennessee Relays (4/11)...Opened the season with two fifth-place finishes in the 400 and the 4x400 and also competed in the 200 at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30).

2018-19 INDOOR (Fr.): Earned All-MVC honors as a member of the 4x400-meter relay that finished second with a combined time of 3:47.02 and scored points with a sixth-place finish in the 400 with a time of 57.19 seconds at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Recorded a personal-best time of 56.31 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...A member of the first-place finishing DMR and the third-place finishing 4x400-meter relay at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2)...Won the 400 at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26), clocking in at 58.83 seconds...Placed third as a member of the 4x400 that clocked in with a combined time of 3:49.18 and finished fourth in the 400 with a time of 57.64 seconds at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Clocked a personal-best time of 26.34 seconds in the 200-meter dash to place fourth, finished third in the 400 with a time of 58.71 seconds and was a member of the first-place finishing 4x400-meter relay at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12)...Won the 300 with a time of 41.45 seconds at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8).

OAK PARK-RIVER FOREST HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time IHSA Class 3A State Track & Field Championships 400-meter qualifier...placed sixth in the 400-meter at the state finals in 2017 and 10th in 2018...crowned the conference and 3A Chicago Kenwood Sectional champion in the 400-meter dash in 2018, punching her ticket to the IHSA Championships for the second straight year...was a member of OPRF's 4x200-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay teams that finished fifth and eighth, respectively, in the state in 2016...helped her team to three-consecutive sectional championships from 2016-2018...Honor Roll student.
