2016-17

Indoor: Won the 800-meter run with a time of 1:58.77 at the Top Times Titan Open...finished seventh and posted a season-best in the 800-meter run (1:56.65) at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...captured a personal-record in the mile run (4:39.56) at the EIU Early Bird Meet.

Outdoor: Competed in the 800-meter run five times this season...recorded a season-best in the 800-meter run (1:55.67) at the EIU Big Blue Classic...finished 14th in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.95 at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational...posted a time of 1:56.58 in the 800-meter run at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic.

2015-16

Indoor: Captured three personal-best performances this season…in the 600 meter ran a new personal-best at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 1:23.53…at the GVSU Big Meet captured a new personal-best 800 meter with a time of 1:55.84…ran the 1,000 meter at the Prairie Wolf Invite and posted a PR time of 2:35.29…placed at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open in the 600 meter with a time of 1:23.89. 

Outdoor: competed at five meets this season...captured his personal-best 800-meter run at the Wisconsin Twilight with a time of 1:54.49 and placed seventh overall...captued his personal-best 1,500-meter run at the Illinois Twilight at a time of 4:07.61.

2014-15

Indoor: Competed in the 600-meter dash at the EIU John Craft Invite with a posted time of 1:25.09…competed at the Titan Open in the 800-meter run a time of 1:58.59…participated in the 4 x 400 meter at the EIU Early Bird captured a time of 3:33.52…at the Titan Open earned sixth place with a clocked time of 3:31.71.

Outdoor: Competed in the 800-meter…at the Wisconsin Open he posted a time of 1:55.31...ran a time of 1:57.31 at the Redbird Invite…competed in the 1500-meter at the Big Blue Classic and recorded a time of 4:14.41…captured a time of 4:13.00 at the Illinois Twilight…ran in the 4 x 400 at the Big Blue Classic where the team earned a time of 3:27.62…at the Redbird Invite the team posted a time of 3:24.69.

PRIOR TO ISU

Crystal Lake High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country, two-year letterwinner in track and field … named to the All-State team as a senior for a ninth-place finish in the 4x800 … two-time All-Conference honoree … three-time state qualifier … holds personal-best times of 51.3 in the 400-meter and 1:56.9 in the 800m … four-year honor roll member.
