2017-18

Indoor: Competed in the 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash, and 4x400-meter relay at MVC Championships...earned All-Valley honors in the 4x400-meter relay, helping the team to a second-place finish with a time of 3:43.66...mark currently ranks fifth all-time in Illinois State history...finished 10th in the 400-meter dash (57.72) and 13th in the 200-meter dash (25.44) at the Valley Championships...recorded a personal-best in the 400-meter dash (56.88) at the GVSU Big Meet, placing 11th... captured season-bests in the 60-meter dash (7.81) at the Illini Classic and 200-meter dash (25.08) at the Meyo Invitational.

Outdoor: Put on a show in the 400-meter run at the MVC Championships...ran a personal-best 54.68 in the preliminary round to qualify for finals, improving upon her previous personal-best by two seconds...came back the next day to run a personal-record 54.67 and finish third, garnering All-Conference distinction...also earned All-Valley honors as a part of the Redbirds' 4x400-meter and 4x100-meter relays...ran a leg on the MVC third-place 4x400-meter relay team that clocked a time of 3:40.24, a mark which ranks third all-time in Illinois State history...also ran a leg on the Redbirds' 4x100-meter relay squad that finished as the MVC Runner-Up with a time of 45.18...not only does this mark rank second on ISU's top-10 list, but it also qualified the team for the NCAA West Preliminary Round.

2016-17

Indoor: Recorded a season-best in the 60-meter dash (7.86) during prelims of the EIU Early Bird Meet...placed third in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.87 at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...finished sixth and posted a season-best time of 25.08 in the 200-meter dash at the Black & Gold Premier...competed in the 200-meter dash at MVC Championships...posted a time of 25.75.

Outdoor: Posted a season-best in the 100-meter dash (12.41) at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational...placed fourth and recorded a season-best in the 200-meter dash (24.77) at the EIU Big Blue Classic...ran a leg on the 4x100-meter team at MVC Championships that placed fourth with a time of 45.46...mark currently ranks fourth in Illinois State history....also competed in the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash at MVC Championships.

2015-16

Indoor: Competed at the MVC championship in the 200-meter dash and the 60-meter dash… placed eighth in the prelims in the 200-meter dash at the MVC championships to advance to the finals…placed seventh overall with a time of 25.00…posted personal-best 60-meter dash time of 7.77 and placed 15th overall…ran an indoor personal-best in the 200 meter-dash at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 24.99. 

Outdoor: Captured personal-best 200-meter dash at the Redbird Invite at a time of 24.19, which is ranked ninth on the all-time best list...earned All-MVC in the 4x100-meter relay as the team placed second with a time of 46.26...competed at the Drake Relays in the 4x200-meter relay where the squad placed fifth overall...placed first in the 200 at the Wisconsin Twilight. 

2014-15

Indoor: Competed in the 60-meter dash...earned first place at the EIU John Craft Invitational in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.96…at the Titan Open captured third place with at time of 7.93…at the Illinois Orange and Blue posted a time of 7.92.

Outdoor: Started the season at the Big Blue Classic where she posted a time of 12.83 in the 100-meter dash…earned her personal-best performance at the Redbird Invite with a time of 12.15…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships psoted a time of 12.17…competed in the 200 meter…at the Redbird Invite earned her personal-best performance with a time of 24.72 p…at the Illinois Twilight came in fifth place with a time of 24.84…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned a time of 24.79...ran in the 4 x 100 at the Illinois Twilight where the team placed second with a time of 46.02…the team ran a 46.45 at the Drake Relays…the squad earned first place at the Redbird Invite with a time of 46.36…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships placed third with a time of 46.07…ran in the 4 x 400 at the Lee Calhoun Invited where the team posted a time of 4:10.71...at the Drake Relays competed in the 1,600 Sprint Medley Relay clocking a 4:00.23.

PRIOR TO ISU

Metea Valley High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field … conference champion in the 55-meter dash as a senior, running 7.41 … as a junior ran to a sectional championship in the 100m and 200m sprints … ran a 55m time of 7.36 at the state championships as a sophomore … clocked a time of 12.3 in the 100-meter dash at state as a sophomore … AAU area 14 girls national qualifier … ran a 200m time of 25.31 at the USATF Junior Olympics in 2013 … clocked 12.41 in the 100m at the USATF Junior Olympics in 2013.
