• Two-time MVC Champion in Men’s 4x400m Relay (2023 Outdoor, 2025 Indoor) 

2026 Outdoor

• Placed 16^th in the 200m with a time of 21.06 and fifth in the 4x400m with a second-best time of 3:06.51 in program history at the 2026 Pepsi Florida Relays (April 3-4)… Recorded a trio of victories with times of 20.85 in the 200m, 39.92 in the 4x100m relay, and 3:12.41 in the 4x400m relay at the Gibson Invitational (April 16-18)… Finished 12^th in the 100m with a mark of 10.46 and third in the 4x400m with a program-record time of 3:05.27 at the John McDonnell Invite (April 24)… Collected a personal-best and sixth-best program record of 10.30 in the 100m for fifth place, another personal-best time of 20.60 in the 200m for second, a second-best, program-record time of 39.81 in the 4x100m relay for first place, and a time of 3:09.17 for second overall in the 4x400m relay at the 2026 MVC Outdoor Championships (May 16-17)… Earned All-MVC honors with his 200m performance at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 16-17), helping him qualify for the 4x400m relay at the NCAA West First Round (May 27-30)… Recognized with individual USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors with a 3.28 GPA.

2026 Indoor

• Collected a personal-best time of 34.88 for first place and the fourth-best time in program history in the 300m, along with a time of 3:20.10 for second in the 4x400m relay to help the Redbirds reclaim the title at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (Jan. 17)… Finished third in the 400m with a time of 48.53 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (Jan. 23-24)… Recorded a program-record time of 3:09.18 for first place in the 4x400m relay, and a sixth-place mark of 21.46 in the 200m at the 5th Annual Badgers Windy City Invite (Feb. 6-7)… Placed third in the 60m with a time of 6.86 and second in the 200m with a time of 21.40 at the 2026 Blue Demon Alumni Classic (Feb. 13)… Gathered a personal-best time of 6.78 in the 60m for sixth place, a victory in the 200m with a mark of 20.99, and a third-place finish in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:11.97 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship (Mar. 1-2).

2025 Outdoor

• Won the 200m with a time of 21.11 in the 200m at the Joe Walker Invite (April 4-5)...Took first in the 400m with a college-best time of 46.82 at the Normal Invite (April 11-12)...Top-place finish in the 200m and 4x100m at the Senior Spotlight (May 2)...Runner-up finish in the 200m with a personal-best time of 20.82 at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 17-18)

2025 Indoor

• Placed fourth in the 60m at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (Jan. 24-25)...Fourth-place finish in the 200m at the Rick McGuire Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb.1)...Secured points for the Redbirds with a runner-up finish in the 200m and fifth-place finish in the 60m at the MVC Indoor Championships (March 2-3)...Member of the 4x400 team that won the MVC Indoor Championships (March 2-3)

2024 Outdoor  

• Kicked off the campaign with a time of 40.40 to win the 4x400m relay at the Redbird Challenge (Mar. 29-30)... Finished second in the 200m with a time of 21.34 at the Joe Walker Invitational (Apr. 5-6)... Secured a runner-up finish in the 4x400m with a mark of 3:12.45 at the Gary Wieneke Memorial (Apr. 13)... Tallied a sixth-place finish in the 200m with a time of 21.70 at the LSU Alumni Gold (Apr. 20)... Notched a third-place finish in the 4x400m with a time of 3:08.10 at the 114th Drake Relays (Apr. 24-27)... Recorded a runner-up finish in the 4x100m with a mark of 40.28 at the Badger Challenge (May 3)... Tallied points for the Redbirds with a runner-up finish in the 400m with a time of 47.41 at the 2024 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-12).  

2024 Indoor  

• Finished in sixth with a time of 6.95 in the 60m dash to begin the season at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (Jan. 19-20)... Recorded a third-place finish in the 200m with a mark of 21.57 at the IUPUI Invitational (Jan. 26-27)... Tallied a third-place finish in the 400m with a mark of 48.54 at the 2024 Meyo Invitational (Feb. 2-3)... Notched a 10th-place finish in the 200m with a mark of 21.71 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 9-10)... Secured points for Illinois State with an eighth-place finish at the 2024 MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (Feb. 25-26).  

2023 Outdoor 

• Began the campaign with a second-place finish in the 4x400m with a time of 3:12.68 at the Joe Walker Invitational (Apr. 7-8)... Recorded a fourth-place finish in the 400m with a mark of 48.24 at the Gibson Invitational & Multis (Apr. 13-15)... Finished with a time of 3:08.87 to place sixth at the Michael Johnson Invitational (Apr. 21-22)... Tallied a third-place finish after recording a mark of 3:11.83 at the Drake Relays (Apr. 26-29)...  Notched a fourth-place finish in the 100m with a time of 10.59 at the Wisconsin Classic (May 5)... Secured the 4x400m title at the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 12-14) with a time of 3:12.65.  

2023 Indoor 

• Opened the season with a sixth-place finish in the 60m dash with a time of 6.95 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (Jan. 14)... Won the 200m dash with a mark of 21.84 at the Larry Wieeczorek Invitational (Jan. 20-21)... Tallied a fourth-place finish in the 4x400m with a time of 3:14.07 at the 2023 PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (Jan. 27-28)... Finished fourth with a time of 21.72 in the 200m at the 2023 Meyo Invitational (Feb. 3-4)... Notched a runner-up finish in the 200m after running a time of 49.16 at the 2023 Hoosier Hills (Feb. 10)... Secured points for Illinois State with a runner-up finish in the 200m with a mark of 21.50 at the 2023 MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (Feb. 26-27).
