2017-18

Indoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run at the MVC Indoor Championships...captured personal-best 3,000-meter time of 10:16.93 at the Valley Championships, placing 20th in a field of 42 runners...posted a 5,000-meter time of 17:52.67 to finish 12th at MVC Championships...recorded an indoor 5,000-meter personal-best of 17:35.10 at the GVSU Big Meet, crossing the finish line 33rd among 127 student-athletes.

Outdoor: Raced in five meets over the course of the season, including the MVC Outdoor Championships...competed in both the 5,000-meter run and 10,000-meter run, scoring points for the 'Birds in both events...placed seventh among 42 runners in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:51.42...finished fifth in the 10,000-meter run in 37:11.99...captured personal-best 5,000-meter mark at the Big Blue Classic, placing third with a time of 17:26.49...posted personal-record in the 10,000-meter run at the Virginia Challenge, notching the eighth-fastest time in Illinois State history (36:07.56).

2016-17

Indoor: Placed sixth and recorded personal-best 3,000-meter run time (10:23.92) at Keck DIII Select meet...posted season-best in the 5,000-meter run (17:53.90) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite.

Outdoor: Captured personal-record of 4:47.63 in the 1,500-meter run at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...placed fifth and recorded personal-record in the 5,000-meter run (17:27.01) at the Illinois Twilight meet...finished 11th in the 10,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 37:30.42 at MVC Championships.

2015-16

Indoor: Did not compete 

Outdoor: Competed in four meets this season...captured season-best 3,000-meter run at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 10:40.66...earned season-best 5,000-meter run at the Gibson Invite with a time of 18:21.23.
