- BEFORE ILLINOIS STATE
- Began his collegiate career at the University of Iowa for two years, competing during cross country, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field seasons... Participated in several mid-distance/distance events while at Iowa, including the 6k, 8k, and 10k for cross country.Â
- HIGH SCHOOL
- Four-time all-district and all-conference honoree in cross country, along with being a three-time all-state athlete... Three-time state champion in cross country, holding a school-record time of 15:14.04 in the 5k... 12-time state medalist... All-state honoree in seven track events, while being a two-time district champion during his sophomore season in track... Currently has school-record times in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m.
