NORMAL COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL: 2018 IHSA Class 3A State T&F Championships qualifier in the discus and the shot put...won the discus competition at the 2018 IHSA Danville Sectional with a personal-best throw of 37.36m (122-07)...named the MVP of her team as a senior...team captain in 2017 and 2018...also a three-year starter on the basketball team, helping the Ironmen to a Big 12 Championship in 2017 and an Intercity Championship in 2018...served as the basketball team's captain as a junior and senior...earned various academic recognitions, being named a Big 12 Scholar-Athlete and IHSA Scholar-Athlete multiple times over the course of her career...also received the ISAC Scholar Award and was a High Honor Roll student...member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and La Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica...ISU Presidential Scholar.
