CAREER RESULTS

2022-2023 OUTDOOR (So.): Competed in five meets in the outdoor season where he would start at the Joe Walker Invitational in the disc throw and shot put. In the disc he threw 43.02m (141' 2'') and in the shot put he threw 15.60m (51' 2.25''). Placed fifth in the Gary Wieneke Memorial and would set a personal record in the disc throw with 44.91m (147' 4''). Placed fourth in the Wisconsin Classic in the shot put with a throw of 16.10m (52' 10'')... At the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track and Field Championship he would throw in the shot put and disc.  

2022-2023 INDOOR (So.): Competed in seven meets during the 2023-2023 indoor season where he would place third in the shot put with 16.62m (54' 6.5''). Set a personal record at the 2023 EIU Friday Night Special in the shot put with a throw of 16.61m (54' 4'') while placing fifth.... At the 2023 MVC Indoor Track and Field Championship Borman would throw in the shot put where he would throw 14.72m (48' 3.5''). 

2021-2022 Outdoor (Fr.): Utilized redshirt season

2021-2022 Indoor (Fr.): Competed in eight meets during his first collegiately indoor season, opening with a personal best in the weight throw of 13.59m (44’ 7”) at the John Coughlan Invite… Contributed points in the Coughlan-Malloy Cup by placing fourth in the shot put event… Threw a personal best mark of 15.74m (51’ 7.75”) at the Illini Classic to finish sixth overall… Finished the indoor season competing at the 2022 MVC Championships in the shot put, placing 14^th with a toss of 14.34m (47’ 0.75”)

BURLINGTON CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in both track & field and football in high school…Was a three-year team captain…IHSA Track & Field state champion in the shot put in 2021… Earned fifth-place at IHSA Track & Field State Championships in the discus…Holds school records in all throwing events at Burlington Central…Was awarded All-Conference and All-State while in high school

PERSONAL: Born on September 7, 2002…Son to Charles and Jodie Borman…Has a twin sister named Jackie…Majoring in history education with hopes of becoming a history teacher as well as a football and throw coach…Earned the history award in high school
