2020-21 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Raced at six meets during the 2021 outdoor campaign...Won the 1,500m on two occasions at the Redbird Invite and the Pacesetter Sports Invite...Ran a personal-best time of 1:51.04 in the 800-meter run at the Illinois State Invite, placing sixth...Clocked his fastest ever 1,500-meter run at the Joe Walker Invite with a time of 3:47.75...Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that ran the second-fastest time in school history at the Drake Relays, placing third with a combined time of 7:22.58...Scored points for the 'Birds in the 1,500m, placing seventh overall at the MVC Championships.

2019-20 INDOOR (Jr.): Raced at six meets as a junior...Opened the season with a second-place finish in the mile at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup, clocking in at 4:23.42...Won the mile at the adidas Classic in Lincoln, Nebraska with a personal-best time of 4:13.43...Recorded a personal-best time of 8:29.67 in the 3K at the Iowa State Classic...Placed third in the 800m with a time of 1:57.53 at the EIU Friday Night Special...Earned All-Valley honors by helping the distance medley relay to a second-place finish at the MVC Indoor Championships...Also scored points at the Valley Championships in the mile, finishing sixth overall with a time of 4:23.32.

2018-19 OUTDOOR (So.): Competed in the 1,500-meter run and the 5,000-meter run at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12), recording a personal-best time of 15:23.96 in the 5,000...Clocked in at 1:55.66 in the 800 at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3)...Posted a time of 3:59.43 in the 1,500 at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27)...Competed in the 1,500 at the Tennessee Relays (4/11), clocking in at 4:00.74...Finished third in the 800 with a time of 1:53.41 at the Redbird Invitational (4/6)...Opened the season competing in the 800 and the 1,500 at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30).

2018-19 INDOOR (So.): Crowned MVC Champion as a member of the DMR that clocked in with a combined time of 9:57.06 and finished ninth in the mile with a time of 4:17.34 at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Recorded a personal-best time of 1:52.77 in the 800 at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...Helped the DMR to a third-place finish with a combined time of 10:03.40 and competed in the mile at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2)...Placed second in the 800 with a time of 1:53.88 and helped the 4x400 to a fifth-place finish at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26)...Recorded a personal-best time of 2:28.12 in the 1,000-meter run to finish fifth at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Notched a second-place finish in the 600 with a personal-best time of 1:23.82 and finished third in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:15.95 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12).

2017-18 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Scored points for the 'Birds at the MVC Championships in the 1,500-meter run, placing eighth in 3:55.48...captured first collegiate win at the Wisconsin Twilight, finishing first in the 1,500-meter with a personal-best time of 3:54.05...posted personal-record 800-meter time (1:54.49) at the Redbird Invite, placing fourth among 17 student-athletes.

2017-18 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed in the mile and the 3,000-meter at the MVC Championships...finished 11th in the mile, clocking in at 4:18.45...placed 21st in the 3,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 8:45.34...captured personal-record 800-meter time (1:54.54) at the Notre Dame Invite, placing fifth...recorded personal-best mile time (4:16.43) at the Meyo Invite...posted highest finish of the season at the Terre Haute Double Dual, placing third in the 800-meter in 1:57.66. 

METAMORA TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL: Five-time IHSA Class 2A Track & Field State Championship Qualifier...2017 IHSA Class 2A State Championship 800-meter and 1,600-meter Champion...holds school record in the 800-meter run (1:53.74) and school and state record in the 1,600-meter run (4:13.52)...helped team record the highest point total at states in school history en route to a fifth place finish...four-time IHSA Class 2A Cross Country State Championship Qualifier...finished 10th at IHSA Class 2A Cross Country State Championship in 2016, helping his team finish sixth in the state...three-time Peoria Journal Star Area Cross Country Runner of the Year...also played basketball for three seasons...was a member of the National Honors Society and a National Merit Scholar...garnered IHSA Academic All-State honors...was the Salutatorian of his class.
