2016-17

Indoor: Posted three top-three finishes in the 400-meter dash over the course of the season...won the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.21 at the EIU Early Bird Meet...finished second in the 400-meter dash (50.51) at the John Craft Invitational...placed third at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet in the 400-meter dash (50.10)...finished fourth and recorded a season-best in the 200-meter dash (22.60) at the John Craft Invitational...captured a season-best in the 400-meter run (49.98) at the Black & Gold Premier Meet.

Outdoor: Finished second in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 54.29 at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...placed third with a time of 54.79 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Gibson Invitational...ran a leg on the 4x100-meter relay team that posted the fourth-fastest time in Redbird track and field history (40.80) at the Gibson Invitational...placed sixth and captured a personal-record in the 400-meter hurdles (52.56) at MVC Championships, scoring points for the Redbirds...mark is currently the fifth-fastest in Illinois State history...MVC Runner-Up in the 4x400-meter relay, garnering All-Conference honors...medal-winning time of 3:11.06 sits ninth in the Illinois State record books.

2015-16

Indoor: Competed in the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 400-meter dash where he posted a time of 50.32 and placed 20th overall… Ran on the 2016 MVC men’s 4x400-meter relay champion team with a time of 3:18.09… In the 200-meter dash at the Mark Colligan Memorial ran a time of 22.35 and placed ninth overall…posted a 400-meer PR at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 48.95…placed first in the men’s 4x400-meter relay at the Titan Open (3:23.52) and the EIU Early Bird (3:21.64)… at the Mark Colligan Memorial ran on the 4x400-meter relay as the squad posted a time of 3:16.99 and placed third overall.

Outdoor: NCAA West Preliminary Round Qualifier in the 4x400- and 4x100-meter relay, respectively...Missouri Valley Conference Champion in the 4x400m (3:11.59) and 4x100m (39.98), respectively..placed 11th in the 400-meter hurdles at the MVC Championships with a time of 54.72...ran in the 4x100 at the Drake Relays where the team placed third with a time of 40.69...placed second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Gibson Invite...won the 400-meter hurdles at the Redbird Invite with a season-best time of 53.89.

2014-15

Indoor: Competed in the 60-meter dash at the EIU John Craft Invite with a time of 7.18…at the Indiana Relays earned a time of 7.0…at the EIU Early Bird competed in the 200-meter dash and earned a time of 23.08…at the Terre Haute clocked a time of 23.02…earned third place at the GVSU Big Meet with a clocked time of 22.60…competed in the 400-meter dash at the GVSU Big Meet clocked a time of 49.24…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned a time of 50.35 where he received 15th place…competed in the 60-meter hurdles at the EIU Early Bird where he placed third with a time of 8.53…at the Terre Haute clocked a time of 8.65…at the EIU John Craft Invited earned a time of 9.63…clocked at time of 8.62 at the Indiana Relays…Meyo Invitational captured a time of 8.81…participated in the 4 x 400 meter at the EIU Early Bird and clocked a time of 3:24.52 receiving second place…at the Terre Haute earned fourth place with a time of 3:25.22…clocked a time of 3:16.49 at the Indiana Relays where the team earned second place overall…at the Meyo Invitational competed in the distance medley relay and earned a time of 10:00.97 placing fourth.

Outdoor: Captured his personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a clocked time of 53.61 and placed sixth overall…earned third place at the Redbird Invite with a earned time of 54.25…competed at the Lenny Lyles with  a clocked time of 55.31 where he placed fifth…captured a time of 55.69 at the Big Blue Classic…competed in the 400-meter shuttle hurdle relay at the Big Blue Classic where the team clocked a time of 3:44.86…participated in the 4 x 100…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships the team earned third place with a clocked time of 40.82..clocked a time of 41.14 at the Drake Relays…competed in the 4 x 400 meter… participated in breaking the school record in the 4 x 400 at the NCAA West Preliminary where the team clocked a 3:06.51…earned first place at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a clocked time of 3:14.24…at the EIU earned first place with a clock time of 3:08.87…earned a time of 3:14.27 at the Illinois Twilight where the team placed first…earned second place at the Big Blue Classic with a time of 3:16.97…at the Lenny Lyles clocked a time of 3:26.00…competed in the Drake Relays in the 1600 sprint medley relay where the team clocked a time of 3:25.76.

2013-14

Indoor: Ran a personal-best 60-meter hurdles time of 8.66 to finish sixth at the Notre Dame Invitational ... clocked a time of 50.87 in the 400m dash at the Orange and Blue Open to finish second overall … closed the season with a personal-best 400m 50.78 performance at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.

Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 400m time of 50.37 to finish 10th at the Big Blue Invite … ran 55.42 in the 400-hurdles at the EIU Last Chance meet … followed that with a personal-best performance at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 54.86 to finish 12th … a member of the 4x400m relay team that clocked a time of 3:11.59 at the Sea Ray Relays to finish fourth. 

PRIOR TO ISU

Downers Grove High School: Three-year letterwinner in track and field, and two-year letterwinner in basketball...State competitor in class 3A state finals.
