2017-18

Indoor: Earned Second-Team All-American honors in the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships, finishing 11th with a time of 7.84...crowned the 2018 MVC 60-meter Hurdles Champion, winning the title in a personal-best and ISU school-record 7.64...performance ranked third in the country at the time, set an MVC meet record, and earned him the honor of the MVC Most Outstanding Track Athlete...initially broke the ISU 60-meter hurdles school record at the EIU Early Bird, winning the event in 7.90...re-set his own school record three more times over the course of the season at the Double Dual (7.84), in the prelims of the MVC Championships (7.79), and in the finals of the MVC Championships (7.64)...won each of these races as well...named the MVC Male Track Athlete of the Week on 12/12/2017 and 1/16/18 for his record-breaking performances at the EIU Early Bird and Double Dual.

Outdoor: Earned Second-Team All-American status in the 110-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing 10th with a time of 13.75...qualified for the NCAA Championships after finishing third in 13.70 in the quarterfinal round of the NCAA West Prelims...crowned the 2018 MVC 110-meter Hurdles Champion, winning the title in a personal-best and ISU school record time of 13.65...once again named the MVC's Most Outstanding Track Athlete for this performance...initially broke the ISU school record at the Sun Angel Classic, placing third in 13.81...won the 110-meter hurdles races at the Redbird Invite (13.89) and Virginia Challenge (14.07)...also ran a leg on the Redbirds' 4x100-meter relay squad that finished second in 40.04 at the Valley Championships, garnering All-Conference honors...mark not only ranks third all-time in ISU history, but qualified for the team for the NCAA West Preliminary Round...team finished 16th at the West Prelims with a time of 40.75.

2016-17

Indoor: Recorded three top-three finishes in the 60-meter hurdles over the course of the indoor season...won the 60-meter hurdles at the John Craft Invitational with a time of 8.19...placed second in the 60-meter hurdles and posted a personal-record (8.01) at the EIU Early Bird Meet...time currently sits as the second-fastest in the Illinois State record books...finished third in the 60-meter hurdles at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet with a time of 8.06...competed in the 60-meter hurdles at MVC Championships, placing fourth with a time of 8.04.

Outdoor: Finished first in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.24 at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...finished third and posted a time of 14.13 at the Gibson Invitational...captured a personal-record in the 200-meter dash (22.52) at the Ole Miss/Joe Walker Invitational...competed in the 110-meter hurdles at MVC Championships, placing third and earning All-MVC honors...his medal-winning time of 13.91 is not only a personal-record, but is the third-fastest time in Illinois State history...qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round in the 110-meter hurdles...placed 27th with a time of 14.19.

Bolingbrook High School: three year letter winner in track and field…runner-up in the IHSA State Championships in the 110mH…four-time state qualifier…three-time state finalist…two-time all-state accolades…two-time all-conference honors…Four-time Downers Grover Sectional champion…school-record holder in the 110mH (14.24) and 300mH (38.36)…Bolingbrook was sectional champions his junior year…McConico also played football for three years.
