2022-2023 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Competed at seven meets during the 2023 outdoor season where he finished third at the the Gibson Invitational in the 400 hurdles with a time of 53.54...Finished third at the Drake Relays as a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:11.83...Claimed first at the Wisconsin Classic as a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:09.43...At the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track & Field championship he claimed first in the 400 hurdles with a time of 51.91 while setting a personal-best. Placed first as a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:12.65. Placed second as a member of the 4x100 relay with a time of 39.99...Competed at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 400 hurdles with a time of 52.57.

2022-2023 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed in six meets during the indoor season where she started his Redbird career off hot with a first place finish in the 60 with a time of 6.78 and a second place finish as a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:22.37...Placed fourth at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational in the 200 with a time of 21.87...Set a personal-best in the 200 at the 2023 PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational with a time of 21.82...Finished second at the 2023 Hoosier Hills in the 60 with a time of 6.88...At the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship he finsihed third as a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:14.65.

EAST KENTWOOD HS:

Four-time All American… Three-time All State Team Member… Six – time All-Conference Member… 2022 Michigan Indoor State Champion in the 200 running a 21.60… Placed 7^th in the AAU Junior Olympics in the 400h.

Son of Junias Holmes and Chrisandra Clawson… Has four siblings; Junias Holmes, Marquisa Davis, Keyionna Guydon, and Chynice Guydon… Brother Junias Holmes attended ISU and was a Student-Athlete… Plans to major in Mass Media with career aspirations to be a Sports Broadcaster… Achieved Academic All-State two times.
