Indoor: Received All-MVC in the shot put and the weight throw…captured her personal-best weight throw at the Meyo Invitational with a mark of 20.38 meters (66-06.50) where she earned first place…she also earned first place at the EIU Early Bird with a mark of 19.69 meters (64-07.25)…at the Terre Haute she recorded a mark of 18.44 meters (60-06.00) earned second place…recorded a mark of 20.06 meters (65-09.75) at the Indiana Relays…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship earned third place with a mark of 20.01 meters (65-10.25)…participated in the shot put at the EIU Early Bird where she received first place  with a mark of 15.63 meters (51-03.50)…earned first place at the Terre Haute with a mark of 15.13 meters (49-07.75)…at the Indiana Relays recorded a mark of 15.58 meters (51-01.50)…at the Meyo Invitational captured second place with a mark of 15.59 meters (51-01.75)…earned a 16.17 meters (53-00.75) at the GVSU Big Meet..at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships recorded a mark of 16.39 meters (53-09.25) receiving third place overall.

Outdoor: Earned first team All-American at the NCAA Division I National Championships in the hammer throw with a mark of 62.89m (206-04)…captured her all time personal-best hammer throw at the NCAA Preliminary Round with a mark of 63.85m (209-06)…earned All-Conference in the hammer throw with a mark of 62.13m (203-10) at the Missouri Valley Conference and in the shot put with a mark of 16.33m (53-07)…captured first place at the Redbird Invite in the hammer and shot with a hammer throw mark of 62.60m (205-04)  and a shot put mark of 15.73m (51-07.25)…competed in the hammer throw at Lenny Lyles with a time of 55.95m (183-07) where she placed second…recorded a mark of 60.57m (198-09) at the Big Blue Classic…captured first place at the Wisconsin Open with a mark of 61.69m (202-05)…competed in the shot put at Lenny Lyles where she captured first place with a mark of 16.14m (52-11.50)…at the Big Blue Classic she recorded a mark of 16.60m (54-05.50)…earned first place at the Sun Angel Classic with a mark of 16.31m (53-06.25)….at the Mesa Classic earned a mark of 15.24m (50-00)…at the Wisconsin Open recorded her personal-best mark of 16.99m (55-09) placing second overall…at the NCAA Preliminary Round captured a mark of 15.82m (51-11)…advanced to the NCAA Division I National Championships with a mark of 15.93m (53-03.25). 

2013-14

Indoor: Earned All-Valley honors for a third-place finish in the weight throw with a mark of 19.44 meters (63-09.55) at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships …  tossed a personal-best mark of 19.45m (63-09.75) at the Don Kirby Invite to finish seventh … finished third at Notre Dame with a mark of 19.17m (62-10.75) …  followed that performance with a mark of 19.18m (62-11.25) at the Indiana Relays … captured a sixth-place finish in the shot put with a mark of 14.40 (47-03.00) at the MVC Championships … tossed a personal-best mark of 14.71m (48-03.75) at the Indiana Relays to place fifth in a field of 31 … notched a first-place finish at the Orange and Blue Open with a mark of 14.10m (46-03.75).

Outdoor: Only returner on the men’s and women’s track and field team who earned a spot at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon … only athlete on the Redbirds’ regional squad that competed in two events … finished 19th to earn All-American Honorable Mention honors in the hammer throw with a toss of 57.22 meters (187-09) at the NCAA Championships … heaved a mark of 57.41m (189-04) in Arkansas at the NCAA West Preliminary Round to finish 12th, advancing her to Oregon … entered the NCAA Regionals ranked 44th and finished 12th in the region … tossed a personal-best mark of 57.74m (189-05) at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships  to finish first, earning All-Valley honors … notched back-to-back first-place finishes at the Big Blue Invite and Sea Ray Relays with marks of 54.97m (180-04) and 56.50m (185-04), respectively … NCAA Regional competitor in the shot put, finishing 24th in the 48-person field with a mark of 15.00m (49-02.50) … captured a fourth-place finish in the shot put with a toss of 14.72m (48-03.25) at the Valley Championships … launched a personal-best mark in the shot with a toss of 15.75m (51-08.25) at the lone home meet of the season … tossed a personal-best mark of 45.65m (149-09) in the discus to take second at Tennessee’s Sea Ray Relays … finished 15th in the event at the MVC Championships with a throw of 39.91m (130-11) …  held the season-best performance for ISU in both the hammer and shot … named the ISU Women’s Most Outstanding Field Athlete of the Year. 

2011-12 

Indoor: Finished third at the Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 3) in the weight throw with a toss of 57-03.75 ... threw a personal-best of 40-10.25 in the shot put at the Indiana State Dual (Jan. 14), finishing sixth ... took third in the weight throw at the Keck Invitational (Feb. 3) with a mark of 60-01.25 ... finished eighth at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25) in the weight throw with a personal-best throw of 60-06.00.

Outdoor: Finished fourth in the hammer at the EIU Big Blue Classic (March 29) with a mark of 165-05 ... threw a personal-best in the discus and the hammer at the Lenny Lyles Invitational (April 20), finishing eighth and third with marks of 142-11 and 179-06, respectively ... matched that hammer mark at the Billy Hayes Invitational (May 4), finishing third ... launched a personal-best toss of 45-04.25 in the shot put at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 11), taking 13th.

PRIOR TO ISU

At South Paulding High School: Four-year letterwinner on the track ... named athlete of the year her senior season after winning the state tournament in the shot put and discus with marks of 44-0 and 137-0, respectively ... finished third at the state meet in the discus her junior year with a mark of 131-0 ... finished first in the Milrose Games in the weight toss ... threw a distance of 61-1.25 in the weight throw at the Georgia Open, which was the third best throw in USA high school history ... All-American in the weight and hammer.
