2020-21 OUTDOOR (5th-Sr.): Named the MVC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Most Valuable Athlete after scoring 26 points and winning two MVC titles at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Won the MVC Heptathlon title, recording personal bests in six of the seven events and scoring a personal-best 5,439 points, which ranks No. 2 all-time in school history...Won her second-straight 400-meter hurdles MVC title, clocking in at a personal-best 58.80 seconds - the second-fastest time in school history...Took third in the 100-meter hurdles at the MVC Championships, recording a personal-best time of 13.75 seconds for the No. 4 time in school history...Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 400-meter hurdles.

2019-20 INDOOR (Sr.): Competed in seven meets throughout her final indoor season...Finished in the top-3 seven times this season in multiple events...Opened the season with a personal-best time in the 60-meter hurdles at the EIU Early Bird, clocking in at 8.70 seconds to move into ninth all-time in ISU track & field history...Won the pentathlon at the Jack Jennett Open with 3,638 points...Broke the Illinois State pentathlon school record at the MVC Indoor Championships with a personal-best 3,849 points and earned All-Valley honors with a second-place finish...Finished her indoor track & field career with three personal bests in the pentathlon at the Valley Championships (long jump, high jump, shot put)...Scored five points for the Redbirds in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.80 seconds, falling just short of All-Valley honors with a fourth-place finish.

2018-19 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Crowned the MVC Champion in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.67 at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Also posted personal bests in both the javelin, finishing 13th with a mark of 33.49 meters (109-10 ft.) and the heptathlon, finishing third with 4,802 points at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Earned the silver in both the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.87 seconds and the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.00 at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3)...Posted a 10th-place finish in the heptathlon with 4,758 points at the Tennessee Relays (4/11)...Finished with three second-place finishes and one first-place finish at the Redbird Invitational (4/6), winning the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:01.20 and finishing second in the 100-meter hurdles, the high jump and the javelin...Opened outdoor season with a fourth-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30), clocking in at 1:03.81.

2018-19 INDOOR (Jr.): Scored points in both the pentathlon and the 60-meter hurdles at the MVC Indoor Championships, finishing fourth with 3,466 points in the pentathlon and posting a sixth-place finish with a time of 8.88 seconds in the hurdles...Finished second in the 60-meter hurdles at the Badger Red & White Classic (2/15), clocking in at 8.86 seconds...Earned the bronze in the pentathlon with 3,324 points at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26)...Notched a personal-best mark of 1.55 meters (5-1 ft.) in the high jump at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Was a member of the third-place finishing 4x400-meter relay team at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12) that posted a combined time of 4:00.24...Finished fifth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.02 seconds at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8).

2017-18 OUTDOOR (So.): Garnered first All-Conference accolade at the MVC Championships, placing third in the 400-meter hurdles in a personal-best 1:00.40...mark ranks fourth all-time in Illinois State history...also competed in the heptathlon and javelin at the Valley Championships...placed ninth in the heptathlon with a personal-best 4,653 points, capturing personal-records in the 800-meter (2:20.01), high jump (1.46m/4-09.50), and shot put (10.05m/32-11.75)...also picked up a personal-bests in the 100-meter hurdles (14.31) at the Redbird Invite and javelin (30.37m/99-08.00) at the EIU Big Blue Classic.

2017-18 INDOOR (So.): Competed in the pentathlon at the MVC Championships, placing fifth with a personal-best 3,499 points...her mark not only scored points for the eventual MVC Champions, but currently ranks tenth all-time in ISU history...at the MVC Championships, used a first-place performance in the pentathlon 800-meter run (2:20.83) to catapult her from ninth to fifth in the pentathlon standings...also recorded a long jump personal-best of 5.07m (16-07.50) at the Valley meet...competed in the pentathlon at the Jack Jennett Open as well, finishing fifth with 3,390 points...at the Jack Jennett Open, won the pentathlon shot-put with a personal-best throw of 10.92m (35-10.00)...also finished second in the pentathlon 60-meter hurdles with a personal-record time of 8.75...mark ranks ninth all-time in ISU history...over the course of the season, posted personal-bests in the 400-meter (58.18) at the GVSU Big Meet and 600-meter (1:35.56) at the EIU Early Bird meet...also competed in the open 60-meter hurdles at MVC Championships, placing tenth with a time of 8.94.

2016-17 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Competed in two heptathlons this season...finished seventh at the Ole Miss/Joe Walker Invitational with 4,047 points...placed 13th with a personal-best 4,439 points at the Virginia Challenge...captured personal-records in long jump (5.13m, 16-10.00), shot put (9.40m, 30-10.25), 100-meter hurdles (14.96), 200-meter dash (25.95), and javelin (24.24m, 79-06.00)...won the 400-meter hurdles at the Gibson Invitational...captured a personal-record time of 1:01.11, which is the sixth-fastest in Illinois State history...placed fifth in the 400-meter hurdles at MVC Championships...competed at USATF Junior Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing 11th with a time of 1:02.99.

2016-17 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed in two pentathlons this season...placed fifth at the Black & Gold Premier with a score of 3,274 points...won the 800-meter run during the pentathlon at the Black & Gold premier in a personal-best time of 2:19.81...also posted a personal-record in the 60-meter hurdles (9.00), placing fifth...mark currently sits ninth in Redbird history...finished 12th in the pentathlon at MVC Championships with a total of 3,251...captured a personal-best in high jump, clearing 1.51m (04-11.50).

EAGLE RIVER HIGH SCHOOL: four year letter winner in track and field and swimming…State Champion in the 100-meter hurdles (14.85) which is the second fastest in Alaskan history…six-time state qualifier... set school record in the 800-meter run and 100-and 300-meter hurdles…placed second in the 300-meter hurdles at the 2016 Alaska State Championships with a personal-best of 43.80…placed third in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best of 25.80.
