2018-19 OUTDOOR (Sr.): Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims (5/23-25) in the shot put, finishing 30th with a personal-best mark of 15.33 meters (50-3.5 ft.)...Finished ninth in the shot put and 10th in the discus at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Posted a fourth-place finish in the shot put with a throw of 14.99 meters (49-2.25 ft.) and finished sixth in the discus with a mark of 46.68 meters (153-2 ft.) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3)...Placed fifth in the shot put with a mark of 15.30 meters (50-2.5 ft.) at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood (4/26-27)...Notched a fourth-place finish in the shot put with a throw of 14.94 meters (49-0.25 ft.) and finished 12th in the discus at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20)...Finished 15th in the shot put and 17th in the discus at the Tennessee Relays (4/11)...Earned the silver in the shot put with a mark of 14.43 meters (47-4.25 ft.) and earned the bronze in the discus with a mark of 45.83 meters (150-4 ft.) at the Redbird Invitational (4/6)...Opened the season with a sixth-place finish in the shot put and a 12th place finish in the discus at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30).

2018-19 INDOOR (Sr.): Scored points for the Redbirds at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24), finishing fifth in the shot put with a throw of 15.26 meters (50-0.75 ft.)...Finished fourth in the shot put at the Badger Red & White Classic, posting a mark of 14.88 meters (48-10 ft.)...Placed 18th in the shot put at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...Notched a ninth-place finish at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26), posting a throw of 13.72 meters (45-0.25 ft.) in the shot put...Finished fifth in the shot put with a mark of 14.43 meters (47-4.25 ft.) at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Opened the season with two seventh-place finishes in the shot put at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12) and the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8).

2017-18 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Posted highest MVC Championship finish of her career in the shot put, placing fourth with a distance of 14.45m (47-05.00)...also competed in the discus and javelin at the Valley Championships...finished 11th in the javelin (32.75m/107-05.00) and 15th in the discus (40.77m/133-09.00)...finished in the top-five of every shot put competition she competed in over the course of the season...captured shot put personal-best of 15.18m (49-09.75) at the Wisconsin Twilight, placing fifth...mark improves her to seventh all-time in ISU history...posted personal-bests in the discus (43.65m/143-02.00) at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invite and the javelin (33.37m/109-05.00) at the Wisconsin Twilight, finishing seventh on both occasions.

2017-18 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed in shot put at the MVC Championships, finishing fifth with a personal-best heave of 14.51m (47-07.25) and scoring points for the eventual champion Redbirds...mark ranks ninth all-time in Illinois State history...finished second in shot put at the Orange & Blue Open, recording a throw of 13.56m (44-06.00)...placed seventh in shot put at the GVSU Big Meet with a throw of 13.82m (45-04.25)...also competed in the weight throw on two occasions at the EIU Early Bird (13.29m/43-07.25) and Terre Haute Double Dual (13.43m/44-00.75)...the latter is a personal-best.

2016-17 OUTDOOR (So.): Placed fourth in shot put at the EIU Big Blue Classic with a throw of 13.25m (43-05.75)...finished third in shot put with a distance of 14.11m (46-03.50) at the Gibson Invitational...placed seventh in shot put and posted a season-best of 14.44m (47-04.50) at the Lenny-Lyles Clark Wood Invitational...distance is currently the ninth-farthest in Illinois State history...finished fifth in shot put with a distance of 14.32m (46-11.75) at the Illinois Twilight Meet...competed in discus and shot put at MVC Championships...placed sixth in discus with a personal-record of 46.72m (153-03.00)...finished tenth in shot put.

2016-17 INDOOR (So.): Finished fourth in shot put with a throw of 13.13m (43-01.00) at the John Craft Invitational...placed third in shot put with a distance of 13.97m (45-10.00) at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...placed fifth and recorded a season-best of 11.51m (37-09.25) in weight throw at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...placed fifth in shot put at MVC Championships with a season-best throw of 14.31m (46-11.50)...mark is currently tied for ninth on the Illinois State Top-10 list.

2015-16 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in shot put and finished 12th with a mark of 12.83m (42-01.25)...captured personal-best shot put mark at the Wisconsin Twilight with a toss of 13.46m (44-02.00) and placed ninth overall...earned personal-best discus throw at the Illinois Twilight with a mark of 38.45m (126-02). 

2015-16 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed in six meets this season…posted personal-best shot put at the Double Dual with a mark of 13.08m (42-11.00)…personal-best weight throw is a distance of 12.63m (41-05.25) which was earned at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open…placed third in shot put at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open and Titan Open with marks of 12.18m (39-11.50) and 12.35m (40-06.25), respectively. 

DECORAH HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in track and field…state qualifier...two-time all-state…four-time all-conference…two-time all-district…team captain… three-time conference champion…state runner-up…two-time district champion…personal-best shot put is a mark of 43-02…personal-best discus throw is a mark of 129-06.
