2018-19 OUTDOOR (Sr.): Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims (5/23-25) in the 10,000-meter run, clocking in at 30:17.86...Crowned the MVC Champion in the 10,000m with a time of 30:00.40 and scored points in the 5,000m, finishing fifth with a time of 14:37.67 at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Competed in the 5,000m at the Drake Relays (4/24-27), posting a time of 14:23.55...Recorded a personal-best time of 29:06.89 to finish 11th in the 10,000m at the Stanford Invitational (3/29-30).

2018-19 INDOOR (Sr.): Earned All-MVC honors with a second-place finish in the 5,000-meter run, clocking in at 14:24.93 at the MVC Indoor Championships (5/10-12)...Also scored points for the 'Birds in the 3,000m, finishing sixth with a time of 8:23.23 at the Valley Championships...Recorded a personal-best time of 8:21.40 in the 3,000-meter run at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2), finishing 10th...Clocked the fifth-fastest mile time at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19), posting a time of 4:18.84...Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 3,000m with a time of 8:38.13 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12).

2017-18 OUTDOOR (R-Jr.): Earned All-Conference honors in both the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter at the MVC Championships...placed second out of 39 competitors in the 5,000-meter, crossing the finish line in 14:48.62...finished third in the 10,000-meter with a time of 31:39.81...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 10,000-meter after posting a personal-best time of 29:33.52 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...not only was this time good for seventh out of 109 runners, but it ranks seventh all-time in ISU history...finished 25th at the NCAA West Preliminary Round, clocking in at 29:52.17...captured personal-best 5,000-meter time at the Virginia Challenge, finishing the race in 14:14.72...time ranks seventh on ISU's top-10 list. 

2017-18 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed in the 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run at the MVC Championships, scoring points for the 'Birds in both events...finished fifth in the 5,000-meter run with a season-best time of 14:54.58...placed seventh in the 3,000-meter run in a season-best 8:30.33...also competed in the 3,000-meter run at the Meyo Invite (8:31.17) and the Orange & Blue Open (8:32.49).

2016-17 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Utilized redshirt season.

2016-17 INDOOR (So.): Placed second in the 3,000-meter run (8:26.51) at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...posted a season-best in the 3,000-meter run (8:24.13) at the Meyo Invitational...recorded a personal-best in the mile run (4:18.38) at the Black & Gold Premier Meet...finished eighth in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:29.77 at the GVSU Big Meet Invite...competed in the 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run at MVC Championships...placed second in the 5,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 14:26.13, garnering All-Conference honors...time currently stands as the ninth-fastest in Illinois State history.

2015-16 OUTDOOR (So.): Competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 10,000-meter run and the 5,000-meter run...placed 11th in the 10K and finished 21st in the 5K...captured personal-best 10K at the Virginia Challenge with a time of 29:47.88 and placed seventh overall...earned personal-best 1,500-meter run at the Redbird Invite with a time of 3:57.52.

2015-16 INDOOR (R-Fr.): Competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship in the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter run…posted a 3K time of 8:27.80 and placed eighth overall…in the 5K ran a time of 14:44.47 and placed sixth…captured three personal-best performances…one was in the mile at Meyo Invite where he clocked a time of 4:18.67…posted a PR in the 3K with a time of 8:23.61 at the GVSU Big Meet and placed fourth overall…captured personal-best 5K at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 14:33.75 and placed first overall. 

2014-15 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Captured two first place performances…one was a personal-best in the 1,500-meter at the Wisconsin Open with a time of 4:01.08…the other was in the 5,000-meter at the Redbird Invite where he clocked a time of 15:18.92…earned personal-best 5,000-meter at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 15:07.08, placing ninth…competed in the 5,000-meter at the Lenny Lyles, clocking a time of 15:15.27…competed in the 1500-meter at the Lee Calhoun, notching a time of 4:07.14…clocked a 1,500-meter time of 4:04.48 at the Big Blue Classic…competed in the 800-meter at the Big Blue Classic where he earned a time of 2:20.40.

2014-15 INDOOR (Fr.): Utilized redshirt season.

YORK HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner in cross country and two-year letterwinner in track and field … two-time 3A state champion …named to the All-State track and field team with a ninth-place finish in the 3,200-meter race … 23rd-place at the state cross country meet, earning All-State honors as a junior.
