2017-18

Indoor: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, including the MVC Championships...earned All-Conference accolades in the distance medley relay, running a leg on the Redbirds' squad that finished third in 10:06.02...also competed in the 800-meter at the Valley meet, placing 12th with a time of 1:57.31...captured personal-best 600-meter time (1:21.23) at the Notre Dame Invite, finishing third...posted personal-record 800-meter time (1:52.95) at the GVSU Big Meet, placing 13th among 61 runners.

Outdoor: Competed in the 800-meter run at the MVC Championships, finishing 12th in 1:53.50...captured season-best 800-meter time at the Virginia Challenge, clocking in at 1:52.21 to place 19th among 38 student-athletes...recorded a pair of third-place finishes in the 800-meter at the Black & Gold Invite (1:53.16) and Redbird Invite (1:53.82)...competed in the 400-meter at the Big Blue Classic, placing sixth in 51.18.

2016-17

Indoor: Finished third in the mile-run and captured a personal-record (4:22.68) at the EIU Early Bird Meet...won the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55.57 at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...posted a first place finish in the 600-meter run with a season-best time of 1:22.73 at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...finished sixth in the 400-meter run and recorded a season-best (51.71) at the John Craft Invitational...placed tenth and recorded a season-best in the 800-meter run (1:53.18) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite...ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team at the GVSU Big Meet Invite that posted the third-fastest time (3:13.99) in Illinois State history...competed in the 800-meter run at MVC Championships...finished tenth with a time of 1:55.18.

Outdoor: Posted a personal-record of 1:52.02 in the 800-meter run at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...recorded three top-five finishes on the season in the 800-meter run, including a second place finish at the Gibson Invitational and a third place finish at Illinois Twilight Meet...finished sixth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55.56 at MVC Championships.

2015-16

Indoor: Competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 800-meter run where he posted a time of 1:54.29 and placed ninth overall…earned his personal-best 800 meter at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 1:52.96…placed first in the men’s 800 meter at the Titan Open…posted his personal-best 600 meter at the EIU Early Bird with a time of 1:21.80.

Outdoor: Competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 800-meter run where he ran a time at 1:54.42 and placed 11th overall...ran in the 4x800-meter relay at the Drake Relays where the team placed fifth with a time of 7:29.46, a mark which ranks third in ISU history...placed first in the 800m at the EIU Big Blue Classic...posted his season-best 800m at the Redbird Invite at a time of 1:53.18.

2014-15

Indoor: Earned first place at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open in the 600-meter dash with a time of 1:23.14…competed in the 800-meter dash at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 1:55.22…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned ninth place with a time of 1:57.34…ran in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the Double Dual where the team earned third place with a time of 3:25.22...at the GVSU Big Meet the squad ran a time of 3:22.01…competed in the distance medley relay at the EIU Early Bird where the team earned first place with a time of 10:36.50…at the Meyo Invitational the squad posted a time of 10:00.97.

Outdoor: Competed in the 800-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships and earned his personal-best time of 1:53.41, finishing eighth…at the Lenny Lyles, he earned second place in the 800-meter with a time of 1:55.62…ran a time of 1:55.30 at the Redbird Invite…ran in the 4 x 400 at the Lenny Lyles where the team posted at time of 3:28.39…the team matched that time at the Big Blue Classic. 

PRIOR TO ISU

Grant Community High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field … three-year letterwinner in soccer and one-year letterwinner in cross country…sixth at state in the 800-meter…all-conference and all-county with runner-up performances…fourth at indoor state in the 4x400-meter relay…seventh at state in the 800m…two-time team captain…three-time team conference champions…fourth-place team finish at state as a junior, followed that with a 12th-place team finish as a senior…ninth-place finish in the 800m at state as a junior…county champion and conference runner up…sixth in indoor state in the 800m as a junior…four-time All-Conference honoree…holds a personal-best time of 1:55.6 in the 800 and 49.9 in the 400m to earn two school records…academic all-conference all four years.
