2017-18

Indoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run at MVC Championships...finished 17th in the 3,000-meter run among 42 runners with a season-best time of 10:12.01...captured a personal-best in the 5,000-meter run at the Meyo Invite, winning her heat and placing 10th overall with a time of 17:17.92...this mark surpassed her previous personal-record by over 35 seconds...finished third in the mile run at the Illini Classic, recording a personal-best time of 5:07.60.

Outdoor: Competing in the final conference meet of her career, Lewis earned her first All-Valley accolade, finishing third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal-best 10:46.83...mark ranks 10th all-time in Illinois State history...won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Big Blue Classic, setting a new meet record of 10:52.68...also competed in the 1,500-meter (4:55.87) at the Redbird Invite and the 5,000-meter (17:22.27) at the Black & Gold Invite...5,000-meter mark is an outdoor personal-best.

2016-17

Indoor: Placed third and recorded a personal-best in the 3,000-meter run (10:11.72) at the Black & Gold Premier Meet...finished fifth and posted a personal-record in the mile run (5:16.65) at the John Craft Invitational...competed in the 3,000-meter run at MVC Championships, finishing with a time of 10:25.32.

Outdoor: Finished second and captured a personal-record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:58.51) at the Ole Miss/Joe Walker Invitational...time is currently the tenth-fastest in Illinois State history...finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Gibson Invitational...placed sixth and posted a personal-best in the 1,500-meter run (4:39.30) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...recorded a personal-best in the 5,000-meter run (17:53.06) at the EIU Big Blue Classic...competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 5,000-meter run at MVC Championships...finished sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:00.05, scoring points for the Redbirds.

2015-16

Indoor: Earned a personal-best performance in the 3,000-meter run at the Titan Open with a time of 10:25.40 and placed first…Posted a PR in the 5,000-meter at the Meyo Invite with a time of 18:30.21…ran in the mile at the Double Dual and posted a time of 5:24.88. 

Outdoor: Captured her personal-best 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Illinois Twilight at a time of 11:00.24, which is ranked on the all-time best list and placed fourth overall...scored points for the Redbirds at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships as she placed seventh in the steeplechase...captured her personal-best 5,000-meter run at the Redbird Invite with a time of 18:17.41 and placed 11th overall.

2014-15

Indoor: Competed in the 800-meter at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open and posted a time of 2:33.36…competed in the mile run at the Titan Open where she earned third place with a time of 5:22.80…competed at the EIU John Craft Invitational in the 3,000-meter and posted a time of 11:03.06.

Outdoor: At the Big Blue Classic competed in the 1,500-meter and posted time of 5:15.07…earned a time of 5:09.48 at the Wisconsin Open…competed in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Lee Calhoun Invite where she earned third place with a time of 12:16.87…at the Redbird Invite she competed in the 3,000 steeplechase and posted a time of 12:44.96…ran in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the Lee Calhoun where the team came in second with  a time of 4:10.71.

PRIOR TO ISU

Grant Community High School: Four-year letter winner in cross country and three-year letter winner in track and field …two-year letter winner in basketball and one-year in soccer … four-time cross country MVP and three-time captain … 4x800-meter county and conference champion, helping her team to a Prairie Division championship and a North Suburban Conference championship … Prairie Division team champion … four-time all-conference honoree and four time all-county member … two-time all-sectional accolades … Rookie of the Year as a freshman in cross country and was named to the all-conference team in soccer … holds a personal-best three-mile time of 17:56 … holds the school record in both the indoor and outdoor 3,200m with times of 11:51 and 11:34, respectively … 2014 female Scholar Athlete of the Year .. four-time honor roll member.

Personal: Born 8/21/1996 … daughter of Jim and Michelle Lewis … siblings are Logan and Lakin … plans to major in physical education to become a P.E. teacher and cross country and track and field coach.
