2016-17

Indoor: Placed first in the mile run and recorded a personal-record (4:23.84) at the Top Times Titan Open...finished fifth and posted a season-best in the 3,000-meter run (8:46.23) at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...captured a season-best in the 5,000-meter run (15:00.96) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite.

Outdoor: Recorded season-best in the 1,500-meter run (4:01.73) at the Ole Miss/Joe Walker Invitational...finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:07.97 at the Ole Miss/Joe Walker Invitational.

2015-16

Indoor: Competed in three meets this season earning his personal-best 3,000-meter run at the Double Dual with a time of 8:44.35 and he placed fourth overall…placed second at the IWU Top Times Titan Open in the 3,000 meter with a time of 8:48.76…posted a 5,000-meter run time of 15:03.01 at the Mark Colligan Memorial. 

Outdoor: Captured his personal-best 1,500-meter run at the Wisconsin Twilight with a time of 3:59.78 and placed seventh overall...placed second at the Gibson Invite in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:08.86...competed at he Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 5,000-meter run and the 3,000-meter steeplechase. 

2014-15

Indoor: Earned second place at the Indiana Relays in the 3,000-meter with a time of 8:52.06…at the Double Dual captured a time of 8:44.92…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships posted a time of 8:45.81…competed in the mile run at the EIU John Craft Invite with a time of 4:24.82…at the GVSU Big Meet competed in the 5,000-meter with a time of 15:04.14…competed in distance medley relay at the EIU John Craft Invite with a time of 10:34.00.

Outdoor: Earned second place at the Lee Calhoun Invite in the 1500-meter...competed in the 5000-meter at the Lenny Lyles where he captured a time of 15:00.87…ran a 9:31.37 in the 3000 steeplechase at the Big Blue Classic where he placed fifth.

Lane Tech High School: Three-year letterwinner in cross country and track...Three-time All-Conference honors in cross country and track...Named MVP his senior season in both cross country and track...Helped lead his team to three track conference championships and two cross country championships...Holds a personal-best three-mile time of 14:51 and personal-best 1,600-and 3,200-meter times of 4:19.34 and 9:25.36, respectively...Holds a personal-best 2,000-meter steeplechase time of 6:04...2012 US Junior Track National Championships qualifier in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
