2022-2023 OUTDOOR (Sr.): Competed in five meets during the 2023 outdoor season, where he run at the Gibson Invitational running in the 3,000 with a time of 9:47.62... Placed fourth at the Wisconsin Classic in the 3,000 with time of 9:40.41.... At the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track and Field Championship he ran in the 3,000 where he would finish ninth with a time of 9:26.47.Â
2022-2023 INDOOR (Sr.): Competed in one meet in the indoor season at the 2023 EIU Friday Night Special where he would place second in the 5000m with a time of 15:47.10.
2021-2022 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Competed in five meets during the 2022 outdoor campaign, including the Missouri Valley Conference Championships… Finished second at the Redbird Challenge 5,000m run with a time of 14:43.58… Recorded a personal best in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2022 Indiana Invitational of 9:17.79 to place eighth in the loaded field… Placed fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the MVC Championships, his highest finish ever at the meet, to score points for the Redbirds… Also competed in the 5,000m run at the championships, securing tenth place with a personal best time of 14:34.42
2021-2022 INDOOR (R-Jr.): Competed in three meets during the indoor season… Opened with a new mile run personal best time of 4:19.25 to win the John Coughlan Invite… Followed up his mile personal best with a 3,000m best time of 8:39.77 to win the Blue Demon Holiday Invite
2020-21 OUTDOOR (So.): Raced at four meets during the 2021 outdoor season, including the MVC Championships...Placed ninth in both the 5,000m and the 3,000m steeplechase at the Valley Championships, running a personal-best time of 15:01.70 in the 5K and clocking in at 9:34.29 in the steeplechase...Won the steeplechase at the Illinois State Invite with a time of 9:34.56.
2020-21 INDOOR (Jr.): Did not compete.
2019-20 OUTDOOR (So.):Â Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 INDOOR (So.): Raced at three meets during his sophomore campaign...Finished sixth in the 3K at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup, clocking in at 9:09.09...Placed seventh in the mile at the EIU Friday Night Special, recording a time of 4:28.77 in the first mile race of his collegiate career.
2018-19 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Recorded personal-best times in the 5,000-meter run and the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Championship (5/10-12), clocking in at 15:25.69 in the 5,000 and 9:32.08 in the steeplechase...Competed in the 1,500-meter run at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood (4/26-27), finishing with a time of 4:02.08...Finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:39.89 at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20)...Posted a second-place finish in the 1,500 with a personal-best time of 4:00.26 and helped the 4x400 to a fourth-place finish at the Redbird Invitational (4/6)...Recorded a personal-best time of 8:52.25 in the 3,000-meter run to finish fourth at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30).

OSWEGO EAST HIGH SCHOOL: 2018 Illinois Top Times qualifier in the 1600-meter...earned All-Conference accolades during senior campaign in the 1600-meter and 3200-meter...also named All-Conference as a junior in the 3200-meter...placed third in the 3200-meter at the 2018 IHSAÂ Class 3A Plainfield South Sectional...holds Oswego East's indoor (9:24) and outdoor (9:15) 3200-meter school records...on the cross country circuit, placed second at the 2017 IHSA Class 3A Aurora Sectional, advancing to the state finals...named All-Conference in cross country in 2016 and 2017, placing third at the conference meet in each of these two seasons...two-year team captain in both cross country and track...six-time Honor Roll student...member of the rho kappa honor society.
