2017-18

Indoor: Competed in six meets during the indoor campaign...captured season-best 400-meter mark (50.47) at the GVSU Big Meet...recorded highest 400-meter finish of the season at the EIU Early Bird, placing third with a time of 50.94...competed in the 200-meter dash (23.51) and the 600-meter (1:22.19) on one occasion at the Notre Dame Invite.

Outdoor: Raced in the 400-meter hurdles at the MVC Championships, placing eighth with a time of 55.44...posted season-best 400-meter hurdles time (54.66) at the Redbird Invite, finishing fourth...captured a pair of top-three finishes in the 400-meter hurdles over the course of the season, placing second in 55.41 at the Big Blue Classic and third in 54.92 at the Wisconsin Twilight...competed in the 400-meter at the Big Blue Classic, finishing eighth in a season-best 51.90.

2016-17

Indoor: Won the 400-meter dash at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open with a time of 50.25...finished second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.46 at the Top Times Titan Open...captured a personal-record in the 400-meter dash (49.85) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite...placed second and earned All-Conference honors in the distance medley relay at MVC Championships.

Outdoor: Posted four top-five finishes in the 400-meter hurdles over the course of the season...finished second in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 55.27 at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...recorded a season-best in the 400-meter hurdles (55.07) at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational...competed in the 400-meter hurdles at MVC Championships, finishing 11th with a time of 55.36.

2015-16

Indoor: Earned All-MVC honors at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the men's distance medley relay as the team posted a time of 10:03.76 and placed third overall...ran his indoor personal-best 400-meter dash at the Meyo Invite with at ime of 49.90...at the GVSU Big Meet, earned indoor personal-best in the 600-meter dash with a time of 1:21.16, winning his heat and placing sixth overall. 

Outdoor: Placed ninth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 54.21...earned his personal-best 400-meter hurdles at the Wisconsin Twilight at a time of 53.50 and placed second overall...competed at the Drake Relays in the 1,600-meter sprint medley relay and the team ran a time of 3:28.76 and placed 12th overall. 

2014-15

Indoor: Competed in the 200-meter dash at the Titan Open with a time of 24.11…at the EIU John Craft Invite competed in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.59...captured a time of 51.87 at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open…ran in the 4 x 400 meter at the Titan Open with a time of 3:28.60 where the team earned third place.

Outdoor: Earned third place at the Wisconsin Open in the 400-meter hurdles with a clocked time of 56.31…at the Redbird Invite he earned 55.10 and placed fourth overall...clocked 57.35 at the Big Blue Classic…competed in the 4 x 400 meter at the Redbird Invite and earned a time of 3:24.69…at the Big Blue the team captured a time of 3:27.62…competed at the Big Blue in the 400 shuttle hurdle relay where the time recorded a time of 3:44.86.

PRIOR TO ISU

Naperville Central High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field … four-time conference champion … all-state for the 4x400-meter relay … placed second at state in the 4x400 and ranked 59th in the nation, holding the school record at 3:17.21 … as a junior named to the All-State team in the 300-hurdles and 4x400 … 110h, 300h and 55h conference champion … helped his team to an 11th-place finish at state, as a junior … sixth-place 300h finish at state and third-place finish in the 4x400 .. holds personal-best times of 55h –  7.87, 400m – 52.07, 110h – 14.74 and 300h – 39.08.
