2016-17

Indoor: Finished fourth and recorded a season-best in the 800-meter run (1:58.47) at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...ran a leg on the first-place distance medley relay team at the John Craft Invitational...captured personal-record in the mile run (4:19.02) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite.

Outdoor: Did not compete.

2015-16

Indoor: Started his Redbird career competing in four meets this season…captured his personal-best 800-meter run at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 1:56.02…posted his personal-best mile run at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open with a time of 4:26.57 winning his heat. 

Outdoor: Captured his season-best 800-meter run at the Redbird Invite at a time of 1:55.43 and placed 10th overall...notched his personal-best 1,500-meter run at the Gibson Invite with a time of 4:01.84...placed eighth at the Wisconsin Twilight in the 1,500m.  

PRIOR TO ISU 

Wethersfield High School: four-year letterwinner in cross country…two-time all-state…two-team team captain…personal-best 3 mile run is a time of 15:04. 

Personal: Born 8/23/1997…son of Terry and Karin Cook…sister named Rachel…plans to major in business management.
