2016-17

Indoor: Recorded two victories in shot-put over the course of the season at the EIU Early Bird Meet and the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...in her win at the EIU Early Bird Meet, she recorded a season-best distance of 15.14m (49-08.25)...placed second and earned All-Conference honors in shot put at MVC Championships with a throw of 14.60m (47-11.00).

Outdoor: Posted four top-three finishes in discus and three top-three finishes in shot put over the course of the outdoor season...recorded a clean-sweep of her two events (shot put and discus) at the Gibson Invitational...won shot put with a throw of 15.29m (50-02.00) and discus with a distance of 50.52m (165-09.00)...named MVC Female Field Athlete of the Week on April 17 for her performance...recorded a personal-best throw of 51.87m (170-02.00) in discus at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational...mark currently stands as the fourth-farthest in Illinois State history...placed second in shot put at MVC Championships with a throw of 15.45m (50-08.25), earning All-MVC honors...finished third and earned All-MVC Honors in discus at MVC Championships with a distance of 47.97m (157-04.00)...qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round in both shot put and discus.

2015-16

Indoor: Competed in shot put at the MVC championship and threw a distance of 14.69m (48-02.50) and placed sixth overall…captured her personal-best shot put at the Meyo Invitational with a mark of 15.30m (50-02.50) placing fifth overall…placed first in shot put at the Double Dual and the EIU Early Bird…competed in weight throw at the Double Dual (14.92) and EIU Early Bird (13.99m).  

Outdoor: Earned All-Valley honors in shot put as she placed second at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a personal-best mark of 15.56m (51-00.75)...In thediscus throw as she placed fourth with a toss of 47.27m (155-01) at the MVC Championships...second trip to the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the shot put..placed third at the Virginia Challenge in discus...placed first in discus at the SIU Bill Cornell Spring Classic and the Gibson Invite, respectively...at the SIU Bill Cornell Spring Classic posted her season-best discus throw at a mark of 47.87m (157-01).

2014-15

Indoor: Earned her personal-best performance in the weight throw at the EIU Early Bird with a mark of 15.47 meters (50-09.25) placing seventh overall…at the Terre Haute earned a mark of 14.00 meters (45-11.25)…at the EIU John Craft invitational earned third place with a mark of 15.28 meters (50-1.75)…captured a mark of 14.53 meters (47-08.00) at the Indiana Relays…GVSU Big Meet earned a mark of 15.03 meters (49-03.75)…competed in the shot put…at the EIU Early Bird captured a mark of 13.60 meters (44-07.50)…earned third place at the GVSU Big Meet with a mark of 13.67 meters (44-10.25)…at the Terre Haute recorded a mark of 13.20 meters (43-03.75)…earned a mark of 13.56 meters (44-06.00) at the Indiana Relays…at the Meyo Invitational recorded a mark of 13.66 meters (44-09.75)…competed at the Indiana Relays in shot put with a mark of 13.56m (44-06) and in weight throw with a mark of 14.53m (47-08)...at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships recorded a mark of 13.94 meters (45-09.00) earning ninth place overall. 

Outdoor: Captured her personal-best in the shot put at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a mark of 15.28m (50-01.75) placed sixth overall…Regional qualifer in shot put...at the NCAA West Premliminary Round threw a mark of 14.95m (49-00.75)...earned third place at the Lenny Lyles with a mark of 13.82m (45-04.25)…recorded a mark of 13.83m (45-4.50) at the Big Blue Classic…at the Sun Angel Classic captured a mark of 13.49m (43-11.25)…at the Wisconsin Open earned a mark of 13.52m (44-04.25)…earned her personal-best  in discus at the Wisconsin Open with a mark of 49.10m (161-01) placed fourth….earned second place at the Big Blue Classic with a recorded mark of 48.92m (160-06)…at the Lenny Lyles captured a mark of 44.69m (146-07)…at the Redbird Invite earned second place with a mark of 48.06m (157-08)…competed at the Sun Angel Classic and captured a mark of 45.90m (150-07)…recorded a mark of 44.37m (145-07) at the Mesa Classic…at the Drake Relays earned a mark of 45.64m (149-09)…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships placed sixth with a mark of 48.57m (159-04).

2013-14

Indoor: Tossed a personal-best mark in the shot, increasing her former season-best by over two-feet and finishing seventh at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a heave of 14.32 meters (46-11.75) … threw 13.40m (43-11.75) at the Indiana State Dual … finished third at the Orange and Blue Open with a heave of 13.64m (44-09.00) … opened the season with a personal-best mark in the weight, throwing 14.59m (47-10.50) … threw 13.04m (42-09.50) at the Indiana State Dual.

Outdoor: Tossed a personal-best mark of 13.21 meters (43-04.25) in the shot put to finish 13th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships … posted back-to-back marks of 13.00m (43-04.25) at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic and Big Blue Invitational, respectively … heaved a personal-best mark of 49.05m (160-11) at the Sea Ray Relays to finish first in the discus at Tennessee’s Sea Ray Relays … threw 47.35m (155-04) at the Jesse Owens Classic … placed eighth at the Drake Relays with a mark of 46.92m (153-11) … finished ninth at the MVC Championships with a toss of 45.24m (149-08).

PRIOR TO ISU

Rolling Meadows High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field and basketball, and a three-year letterwinner in volleyball...Three-time sectional champion in the discus and shot put...Named 2012-13 Athlete of the Year...Captured second in state in the discus with a throw of 150-02 to go along with a third-place finish at state in the shot put with a throw of 44-02...Named to the All-Conference team in volleyball as a senior, to accompany an honorable mention in basketball.
