2016-17

Indoor: Finished third in the mile run with a time of 4:23.01 at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...finished fifth in the 3,000-meter run at the Black & Gold Premier Meet with a season-best time of 8:41.27...competed in the mile run at MVC Championships...placed eighth with a personal-best time of 4:16.43, scoring points for the Redbirds.

Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 1,500-meter run at the Gibson Invitational with a time of 3:58.59...finished seventh in the 1,500-meter run with a season-best time of 3:56.33 at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...recorded a personal-record in the 800-meter run (1:56.27) at the Ole Miss/Joe Walker Invitational...captured a season-best in the 5,000-meter run (15:22.50) at the EIU Big Blue Classic...competed in the 1,500-meter run and 5,000-meter run at MVC Championships...named an MVC Post-Graduate Scholar at the conclusion of his senior year.

2015-16

Indoor: Competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the mile run where he ran a time of 4:22.09 and placed 12th…ran his season-best mile run a the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 4:20.57…placed fifth at the Titan Open in the men’s mile. 

Outdoor: Competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 1,500-meter run breaking 4 miuntes this season and earned his personal-best time in the prelims at 3:52.71...he placed ninth overall...competed at the Drake Relays in the 4x1,600-meter relay where the team placed sixth with a time of 16:56.46...placed fifth in the 3,000-meter run at the Illinois Twilight.

2014-15

Indoor: Earned third place at the Terre Haute in the mile run with a clocked time of 4:17.10..at the Meyo Invitational captured a time of 4:16.88…clocked a final time of 4:19.03 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earning eighth place…competed in the 3,000-meter at the EIU John Craft invite earning second place with a time of 8:39.74…at the Indiana Relays clocked a time of 8:48.14.

Outdoor: Earned his personal-best in the 5000-merer at the Big Blue Classic with a clocked time of 15:15.09 and placed tenth overall… competed in the 1500-meter…earned fifth place at the Redbird Invite with a clocked time of 4:11.99…at the Illinois Twilight earned a time of 4:02.84…captured a time of 4:02.15 at the Lenny Lyles.

2013-14

Indoor: Redshirt season.

Outdoor: Ran to a personal-best time of 3:55.48 at the Jesse Owens Classic to finish in the top-half of the 45-man field … clocked a 1,500m time of 3:57.35 at the Sea Ray Relays … posted a time of 4:06.72 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships … ran a personal-best time of 15:18.16 in the 5,000m race at the Big Blue Invite … picked up a time of 15:34.95 in the 5,000m race at the Valley championships.

PRIOR TO ISU

Wheaton North High School: Four-time letterwinner in both track and field and cross country...State qualifier in the 1600-meter run...Third in conference in both the indoor and outdoor mile as a senior...As a junior notched a first-place finish in the indoor1600-meter run along with a second-place finish in the conference cross country meet...Helped lead his team to two cross country conference championships along with two indoor and two outdoor conference championships.
