2016-17

Indoor: Posted three top-five finishes in the 800-meter run during the indoor season...won the 800-meter run at the Black & Gold Premier Meet with a time of 2:14.62...finished third in the 600-meter run at the John Craft Invitational with a time of 1:35.46...finished seventh and recorded a personal-best in the 600-meter run (1:33.80) at the Meyo Invitational...mark currently stands as the fourth-fastest in Illinois State history...ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that broke the Illinois State school record (3:41.14) at the Meyo Invitational...competed in the 800-meter run at MVC Championships, finishing fourth with a season-best time of 2:12.36...time ranks ninth on the Illinois State Top-10 List.

Outdoor: Recorded five top-five finishes in the 800-meter run over the course of the outdoor season...finished second in the 800-meter run on three separate occasions at the EIU Big Blue Classic (2:11.80), Gibson Invitational (2:14.62), and Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (2:11.12)...finished fourth with a personal-record of 2:07.54 in the 800-meter run at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...time currently stands as the third-fastest in Illinois State history...placed second and posted a season-best in the 400-meter dash (57.04) at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...competed in the 800-meter run at MVC Championships, placing fourth with a time of 2:15.85...qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round in the 800-meter run, finishing with a time of 2:11.80.

2015-16

Indoor: Earned All-Valley honors in the distance medley relay as the team finished third at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 11:53.11…earned two personal-best performances this season…one in the 600 meter which was earned at the Meyo Invite with a time of 1:34.19…the other was in the 800 meter with a time of 2:16.48 which was captured at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open.

Outdoor: Captured her personal-best 800-meter run at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 2:10.65 and placed fifth overall...MVC Champion in the 4x400-meter relay...alternate at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 4x400m...ran a leg in the second-fastest 4x800-meter relay as the team ran a time of 8:46.47 and placed seventh overall...ran her personal-best 400-meter dash at the Wisconsin Twilight with a time of 56.56 and placed fourth overall.

2014-15

Indoor:  Earned her personal-best in the 600-meter dash at the EIU John Craft Invitational with a time of 1:37.52 and placed third…competed in the 400-meter dash at the GVSU Big Meet where she placed third with a time of 59.42…competed in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the GVSU Big Meet where the team posted a time of 4:03.55…competed at the Indiana Relay in the 4 x 800 meter with a time of 9:22.38…also at the Indiana Relay competed in distance medley relay with a time of 12:07.3… ran a 12:28.14 at the EIU John Craft Invite and placed second overall. 

Outdoor: Clocked her personal-best in the 200-meter dash at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 26.66…competed in the 400-meter dash…at the Wisconsin Open she earned first place with a time of 57.17…finished 14th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 56.93…competed in the 4 x 400…at the Lee Calhoun the team ran a time of 3:56.21…at the Redbird Invited the team placed second with a time of 3:50.68…earned a time of 3:46.42 at the Drake Relays…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships clocked a time of 3:50.55 placing seventh overall.

2013-14

Indoor: Ran a personal-best 200-meter time of 27.45 at the Orange and Blue Open … clocked a personal-best 400m time of 59.30 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships to finish 17th … finished third at the Orange and Blue Open with a 400m time of 59.49 … ran a time of 59.40 at the Notre Dame Invitational … posted a 500m time of 1:21.08 … ran a leg of the first-place 4x400m relay team at the EIU Invite, clocking a time of 3:54.14.

Outdoor: Redshirt season. 

PRIOR TO ISU

Central High School: Four-time letterwinner in track and field, three-time letterwinner in basketball...Three-time Irish Relays Champion...Three-time state champion in the 400-meter run...Captured a third-place finish at the Herscher Invite...State qualifier in the 200-meter, 400-meter, 800-meter run along with the 4 X 400-meter relay...Holds school records in the 200-meter run with a time of 26.1 and the 800-meter run with a time of 2:25.63...Two-time track captain to accompany All-Area honors for both her junior and senior years...2013 IHSA All-State Academic Team member.
